Quality unacceptably poor
The quality of the product would be better if i built i myself fromm scrap wood. It's abysmal. I will never purchase an item again from this store. Warning to any new customers,don't shop here

A slight hiccup on first big order
A slight hiccup on first big order. One item ordered was not delivered but when contacted said it was with the courier on its way which turned out to be a lie.as I found out it was out of stock. Would have been easier to tell the truth at the beginning. Eventually got a refund. But have placed other big orders and all delivered with no problem at all. I would still recommend them.

Delivery on time and communication prompt.
Metal shed is very tricky to assemble but take time and follow instructions carefully, took me two half days to complete but worth it in the end!

The dog bed with 6 short legs is gorgeous, my dog loves it.
The white kitchen stools are beautiful well made and the chrome parts polished well plus very comfortable.

My first experience was poor, I won't be using again
I used Aosom once and although the delivery was prompt and the product reasonably priced due to deal ultimately the quality of the product was disappointing as was the customer service. The product was the Outsunny Lounger in green. I purchased it on 18/5/2025. Reviews suggested that life expectancy was 2 to 5 years. Yesterday roughly 15 months after purchase the fabric gave way whilst I was using it. There was a 1m rip down the side of the middle section parallel to the metal frame. I approached customer service querying what life expectancy the product had. I received a blunt reply saying it was out of 12 month warranty and no refund or replacement could be made. I had asked for neither. A suitable solution would have been to investigate how common this product failure was and offer a discount voucher against future purchase as a gesture of goodwill. I won't be using again due to poor quality product and unsysmpathetic customer service. I wouldn't recommend using Aosom and definitely wouldn't recommend buying Outsunny products
