The online service agents were able to identify my issue with an online order and offered an alternative solution to a delay to an out-of-stock product order that was friendly, timely and satisfactory. There was some fidgeting to go through because apparently there are issues with emails bouncing back from microsoft accounts, but it was not that much of a hassle to work around to be able to communicate back and forth. Thanks for the service

I strongly advise against buying from Annke. I placed an order for a security system with an 8TB HDD nearly two weeks ago. After taking my money, they claimed the 8TB drive was "out of stock" and tried to push a 4TB or 6TB downgrade on me without offering a fair refund or compensation.
The worst part? The 8TB version is still listed as "In Stock" on their official website. When I pointed out this deception, they made excuses about "regional stock" and then completely stopped responding to my emails (ghosting me for 5+ days, and now ignoring my 24h ultimatum).
My order [#A43308] is still not shipped, my money is held hostage, and the support (Evelyn) is incompetent and unresponsive.

I received the DVR system and the 12 cameras very promptly; they were very easy to install and connect to my computer, phone, and tablet. One of the cameras had an issue with its color display at night. I contacted customer service and received very enthusiastic assistance, and the issue was resolved very quickly. I’ve worked in tech support for many years, though I’m retired from that part of my life now. I currently own a restaurant, and recently installed a hybrid DVR to replace my old system. I was honestly dreading making this support call because I expected it to be a long, frustrating process.
Instead, I was pleasantly surprised.
The representative resolved my issue in just a few minutes. He was professional, patient, and knew exactly what direction to point me in. There were no hardware problems — I simply couldn’t remember my login credentials and wasn’t able to fix it through the DVR interface on my own. I just needed a little push in the right direction.
Because of how smoothly this went, I won’t hesitate to call again if I run into any other issues with the system I purchased.

I purchased 4 CT1FE cameras on Amazon.com. 3 of the cameras functioned well but the 4th failed to function properly. Annke responded by replacing the nonfunctional camera with a new one. It is refreshing to see a company stand squarely behind its products!

I was pleasantly surprised when I came across the Annke brand, at first I was nervous about paying shipping fees, but it was a no-brainer. The camera arrived quickly and in good condition, I threw away my old imou camera and started setting it up and testing it and I have to say that it is really good, although it has only been a few days, it is really a dark horse.
