I had a very positive experience with Access Self Storage Battersea. From the initial enquiry through to move-in, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

Angela, David and Julian were all absolute stars — always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything worked seamlessly. They took the time to answer questions, explain the options clearly and made the whole process very straightforward.

The facility itself is clean, well organised and feels very secure, with strong access control and 24/7 security monitoring, which gave great peace of mind when storing my belongings.

Overall, a very professional operation with an excellent team. I would highly recommend Access Self Storage Battersea to anyone looking for reliable storage and great customer service.

Excellent service from the beginning..easy access and professional staff.

The team called me straight after the initial online quote, and so did the nearest competitor. On the plus side, I was able to visit the room 15min after the competitor closed, so more flexible. On top of a better deal, the manager upgraded me to a bigger storage, so really impressed with that. When moving in, he also extended the hours so we could finish that evening, that is really nice service minded too. There has been a small admin error that ended to be corrected in an extra month discounted! Again nice touch! One tiny drawback is the hours of access, it is less extended than the competitor, but overall, Access is well head and shoulders above.

As an existing Access customer, due to a house move the existing site became an inconvenient distance to travel to (30 miles). The lads at Basingstoke were most welcoming, friendly and helpful when visiting to make the initial enquiry and were happy to accommodate me with a single unit.

The front desk staff are always helpful and kind. The hallways are clean, well-lit and my unit is great.

I was moving a few items into storage but my transport team were running late coming from London - Access Self Storage very kindly gave me/them a little leeway on access after closing hours to ensure my belongings were secured. I was very grateful for their good communication and supportive understanding - great service!

The staff, especially David and Kyvon, were excellent, friendly, polite, and very professional. They were incredibly patient with me and my organisation while we figured out our requirements. I really appreciated the "no-pressure" atmosphere and the efficiency of the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to others!

Very helpful staff. Moving in was very easy and straightforward.

We sorted out our storage issue within minutes after popping into the West Norwood office on the off chance last Sunday. By Monday lunch time we were moving stuff into lit unit A the finance and insurance took few minutes to complete and getting 50% off the first 3 months rental was even more reason to choose Access .The staff are friendly and helpful and it’s five minutes from home. Perfect
