The survey was undertaken and the report sent out to me exactly to the promised time scales. However, in the interim week, the surveyor was happy to talk to me by phone to discuss the main issues discovered. The full report was detailed, clear and incredibly useful. Thoroughly recommend.

Received a very detailed level 3 building survey. Following this, I decided to no longer proceed with the purchase of the property.

Only negative thing I will say about Woodwards is that I had to chase them for the report as they had gone past the promised time frame and never bothered to inform me that it was going to be late.

Despite their lack of communication, I will say it was money well spent.

House Purchase Survey Level 2. I and members of my family have used Woodward surveyors several times for good reason; they are simply the best. The report they generate from the property inspection is informative, clearly written, with photographs, and comprehensive. Because the company is so popular I had to wait about one month from commision to actual inspection but the final report was worth the wait.
