We are the largest regional practice of Chartered Surveyors. With five full time Chartered Surveyors, two highly regarded specialist consultants and a team of five in administration. This is a very real difference that we pass on in our survey reports to our clients. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. If your survey includes a valuation, this will be done by a Registered Valuer. Range of services Our surveyors are predominantly BUILDING SURVEYORS and residential PROPERTY VALUERS. Much of our daily work is Residential Property either diagnosing defects, advising buyers with House and Flat Purchase Surveys and Valuations or property undergoing major refurbishment or building work. We also have a range of services for Commercial Property, including Schedules, specifications, special Condition Reports and of course full Building Surveys.

A good straight forward with…
A good straight forward with constructive advise on certain areas which need attention however I would have liked this to be prioritised in terms of what the surveyor should be done asap.
Otherwise a very good report and easy to understand.

Excellent service
Kate Farrar was an excellent surveyor who spent hours considering the property carefully and produced a very thorough survey report and also, at my request, a schedule of works which will be helpful for getting quotes for remedial work. I would also thank Emma Wildman in the office who was very helpful throughout the process.
