We are the largest regional practice of Chartered Surveyors. With five full time Chartered Surveyors, two highly regarded specialist consultants and a team of five in administration. If your survey includes a valuation, this will be done by a Registered Valuer. Range of services Our surveyors are predominantly BUILDING SURVEYORS and residential PROPERTY VALUERS. Much of our daily work is Residential Property either diagnosing defects, advising buyers with House and Flat Purchase Surveys and Valuations or property undergoing major refurbishment or building work. We also have a range of services for Commercial Property, including Schedules, specifications, special Condition Reports and of course full Building Surveys.

I would highly recommend Douglas Snell at Woodward Surveyors. The Level 3 survey he carried out was extremely thorough, detailed and professional, giving us a clear understanding of the property’s condition before we committed to the purchase.
Douglas identified a number of important issues that could easily have been overlooked, allowing us to make informed decisions and negotiate accordingly. His report was comprehensive, easy to understand and backed up with clear photographs and practical recommendations.
He also took the time to discuss the findings with us, answering our questions patiently and explaining the implications of the issues he had identified. His knowledge, honesty and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout the buying process.
