I bought a complete bathroom set from…
I bought a complete bathroom set from Welove.co.uk and although the delivery of products went fine , I was not prepared to unpack everything at the time of reciept and cause damage to products before my bathroom fit. On the day of installation, my fitter opened the sink unit to find it broken in 2 pieces. I contacted Welove customer services and they explained that because I did not check all products within 24 hours of reciept, that they would not replace the broken sink unit.
This review is to warn people thay if you are not planning on fitting your products as soon as you cecieve them, then maybe this company is not the place to go to as you have to check everything within 24 hours. I was not happy that I had to spend a further £90 on a sink unit and also had to dispose of the broken sink unit too! ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

We do have a 48-hour inspection period, which is clearly communicated at multiple stages of the ordering process, including on our website, order confirmation, dispatch emails, and delivery documentation. We understand that many customers don't install their bathroom immediately after delivery, and wherever possible we do try to be as flexible as we can when issues are reported outside of this timeframe.
However, in this instance your order was delivered at the end of April, and the damage wasn't reported to us until almost three months later, making it impossible for us to investigate the damage with our courier or determine when it had occurred.
Despite this, our Resolutions Team reviewed your case and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered you a replacement unit at a significantly reduced cost. We're pleased that this resolution was accepted, even though it fell outside the normal terms of our damage reporting policy.
We're sorry that this experience didn't meet your expectations, but we hope this helps explain why we were unable to provide a free-of-charge replacement after such a significant period of time had passed.

I ordered gold handle vanity. They send chrome handles vanity. vanity has 2 handles and they send me 1 gold handle separately completely different size. When I emailed them they said. your buider can make another hole according to size of new handle. What will i do the hole already there. And how will it work 1 handle when vanity has 2. They are not replying. Not collecting their product and not refunding. Very bad experience with this company

Unfortunately, without a valid order number it is difficult for us to comment on the specific circumstances surrounding your order. As a general rule, our furniture units are supplied with chrome handles as standard. Where a coloured handle upgrade is supplied, these are often a different size to the standard handles and it is common practice for the installer to drill the doors to suit the replacement handles.
The pre-drilled holes you refer to are only partially drilled during manufacture and do not come through the front fascia of the door, allowing the fitter to complete the drilling to suit the handle being installed.
We would very much like the opportunity to review your case, including the issue regarding the number of handles supplied and the communication you have received. Shower tray broken corners
I ordered the shower tray and it was delivered within 5 days which was pretty good. Got a message in the morning from the courier saying it was on its way arrived lunch time driver left it by front door at my request it was heavy,unfortunately on unpacking I noticed the 2 front corners were damaged slightly probably due to the weight and being dragged somewhere along the line could definitely do with hard plastic corner covers as well as the foam packaging.

We purchased two bathrooms units, two basin taps and one bath filler tap. So a considerable order.
We hired a professional bathroom fitter who installed all items, and he advised us that the tap design is faulty as it not water tight. He tried a number of times to get this to stop leaking, but there is only one grub screw on one side, so the other side is not possible to screw down tight - poor quality. We contacted WeLove Bathrooms for some assistance expecting an immediate replacement to be sent out, but they took so long to respond we had to purchase another tap from elsewhere to enable our plumber to complete his work.
We have since contacted We Love Bathrooms and each time have been told it is down to our error, it hasn't been fitted properly. So I asked them to submit a formal complaint - no response! Absolutely disgusting customer service, and we will never order from here again.

Having reviewed your order, we can see that when you contacted our customer service team, we apologised on the same day for the incorrect unit being supplied and explained the process for arranging a replacement. During that conversation, you advised that you were happy to keep the unit that had been delivered rather than proceed with a replacement.
Ordinarily, if a customer decides to keep an alternative product, we would review any price difference. However, in this instance, the unit you received was actually of a higher value than the one originally ordered. As a gesture of goodwill, we simply wrote off the difference, meaning there was no additional cost to you.
