Three of my favourite items to wear are from Bound. The quality and craftsmanship of their clothing speak for themselves. Unfortunately, I recently experienced my first hiccup with an order, but the customer service team resolved it quickly and honoured my request without issue. No complaints at all - highly recommend.

Got gifted a mohair jumper from bound and loved it so much bought a load more of the knitwear. Quality is great and get loads of compliments when wearing them. Just wish they had a shop to try stuff on

Have nought a few items. Extremely pleased with T-shirts and shorts. Got 2 pairs of trousers that should have been the same cut but both were very different. Easily exchanged both for different sizes but again were very different cut. Returns and customer services communication were very easy and efficient

Found Bound through their Insta ad and bought the Rye Green Wool Cardigan on appearance alone. Love it. Infact everyone loves it - I get comments every time I wear it and I ain't a good looker that's for sure. Ordered some more clothes and one item was out of stock - I got a personal email from the team at Bound and they offered a replacement immediately. One on one service in this day and age is amazing and goes a long way to make customers brand loyal. I 100% love the quality and service. ps. I never ever normally write reviews about anything.
