Integrity is boundless

Jack Helped me out!

I returned an item, there was an issue with processing the return/exchange initially but they did sort it in the end and their communication and rational was really appreciated! Keep up the good work, besides it being too large what I returned it actually was brilliant quality and I would recommend in my opinion, the cost really reflects the goods and service!! :)

Delay on delivery

Waited weeks for a specific item to come back in stock, it finally did. I ordered it straight away. Few days later I emailed customer service, they had an issue and the item hasn’t even been sent yet. It said 2-3 days delivery. I needed the item for an event

Excellent customer service!

I loved the shirt but feared I’d ordered the wrong size. Contacted Jack who replied within a day! Their service was so speedy the shirt had already been despatched but Jack offered a returns solution immediately. It wasn’t needed though as the shirt fit beautifully! It is so well made, the material is bold, classic and pretty damn gorgeous! I shall enjoy wearing it! Thanks to Jack and the team at Bound. Would definitely recommend them and their clothes!

Great Quality and Customer Service

Ordered a couple of sweaters and trousers from bound - the quality is fantastic and fits very well. Initially had an issue applying a discount code, but this was resolved very quickly by Jack and the Customer Service Team who are incredibly responsive. Couldn't recommend more!

Quality of their clothing - Washing

I recently purchased the Olive Stripe Longsleeve Tee from Bound, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After just the first wash (on a delicate cycle), the fabric started to fray in multiple places and even began to come apart. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and durability.

Because of this, I’ve started to question the overall quality of their clothing, which is a shame since the design itself is nice.

I reached out to customer service to explain the issue, but their response was to suggest that my washing machine was at fault, even though it has never damaged any of my clothes before. As a resolution, they offered me a 10% discount code, which honestly feels more like a token gesture than a real solution to the problem.

Overall, I’m disappointed both in the product quality and the way the issue was handled.

Overall a positive experience

Overall a positive experience with Bound.

Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout, especially when handling my request and processing the refund. Communication was clear and professional.

There were some delays and a split shipment situation due to external circumstances, but the team handled it well and kept me updated.

Appreciate the support and would consider ordering again.
