Lovely clothes, good service
Lovely clothes. Sent one back as it wasn't for me - but was by no means a bad product. The shirt I kept is great. Took a bit longer than usual to process the return but their customer service was very responsive and helpful and all resolved in the end.

Bound versucht mit allerlei Winkelzügen die Erstattung bei einer Warenrücksendung zu vermeiden.
Das ist ein extrem kundenunfreundliches Verhalten am Rande der Legalität.
Ich werde hier nie wieder einkaufen und kann jedem nur raten die Finger von dieser Firma zu lassen.
Bound tries, through all sorts of maneuvers and technicalities, to avoid issuing a refund for a returned item.
This is extremely customer-unfriendly behavior that borders on illegality.
I will never shop here again and can only advise everyone to stay away from this company.

Our records show that the delivery was refused and the parcel is currently being returned to us by the courier. At this time, we have not yet received the parcel back at our warehouse, so unfortunately we are unable to process a refund until the parcel has been delivered to us.
As soon as the returned parcel is received and processed, we will issue your refund. Please be aware that return-to-sender shipments can sometimes take several weeks to make their way back to us, depending on the courier and customs processing.
We understand that this is frustrating and appreciate your patience while the return is in transit. If there are any updates from the courier, we will be happy to share them with you.

Got a couple of really good items from here (shirt and sweater)! Definitely high quality stuff.
Only slight negative is slightly inconsistent sizing - a large shirt fitted well, but another medium sweater I tried was too big. Means you need to order multiple sizes, which can be an issue if items bought were in the sale as they’ll only offer store credit. Hopefully no longer an issue when the store opens and can try bits on instead :)

Excellent experience from start to finish.
The products are fantastic: high-quality, well-made, and exactly as described on the website. The fit is spot on, the materials feel premium, and the overall look is even better in person.
I also want to highlight the customer service, which was outstanding. They were very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. An issue with my order was handled quickly and efficiently, and communication was excellent from beginning to end.

Ordered a pair of their relaxed corduroy trousers. Absolutely love them. They fit brilliantly and are very soft and comfy. Needed to exchange for a smaller size and everything went smoothly and their customer service was very personable. Would totally recommend them :)
