Lovely shirt, sizing inaccurate.
My order came quickly and was a lovely shirt, but I ordered an XS and when the shirt arrived it was more like a medium size. Disappointed but great service apart from that.

Excellent customer service
For a small company, Bound offer a fantastic service and great customer support. I've bought several items, all of which look great and are of excellent quality. Most recently, I needed to return an item as it was slightly too small. Upon receipt of the item, I was emailed by the company and offered a resize and a discount on future orders. I'll definitely be back.

Would not shop here again. I bought a pair of trousers, returned them and paid for a second pair but was refused a refund on first pair! (As sale item) even though I’d effectively exchanged . Cannot speak to staff. Brief curt emails with no understanding. Had to buy some ugly socks with the vouchers as no ther options.

Rude customer service
Rude customer service. My delivery was extremely late due to some stock/warehouse issues. Even though I paid for delivery (and was never offered a refund). I contacted them and was told to update my royal mail delivery preferences which felt frustrating considering that had nothing to do with the delays. Was ignored after correcting them.
As others have mentioned here. They only want to offer store credit. They trick you into using a a 10% promo/discount code but this then means you're not entitled to a card refund and have to accept store credit.
Will never shop there again. Online shopping is supposed to be easy and hassle free. But most importantly, someone rude is on the other side of those emails.

I ordered two linen pants, but the fit was a bit too tight for my liking. Requesting an exchange was very easy by following the instructions. Since I’m going on vacation next week and wanted to take the pants with me, I contacted customer service and they handled it right away!
