Would rather give a 0 star review. Worst experience. Advice to anyone looking for a mobil brand to go with, stay away from Voxi. I only needed to cancel my card details for a month dur to going over seas. It wouldnt allow me to do it on the website. I tried webchat, it said it was experiencing technical difficulties and couldnt do it. Tried calling the numbers (which weren’t easy to find), that had a msg on it saying to do everything online, then ended the call. The only way left was to msg a robot via Facebook messenger but the “name” of “SHAHEEN”, whoch took over an hour and a half just to do the security check, because it kept sending me a one time code that was valid for two minutes, but repeatedly took 10-15 minutes to respond when i gave the code. Then after several hours of back and forth with Facebook messenger, i get a msg saying they are experiencing technical difficulties and couldnt remove my payment information.
Ive blocked them via my bank.
Ive now just cancelled with them altogether. Ill pay a couple extra £ and deal with a capable company.

Considering they are basically Vodafone, with a different name on it, I thought the support would be terrible, I contacted them as their AI chatbot told me incorrect information about cancelling my plan then I reached out to them and they cancelled my plan and fully refunded me with no issue at all.
Their network uses 3 and Vodafone so you have amazing coverage and speeds now, I only used it for being at festivals as I needed connection if my EE sim didn't work, I didn't expect much as they are an MVNO and I thought the connection would be deprioritised but it worked every single time even when there were 100k people around me, I would recommend having them as a back up sim if your main network has issues as their prices are so low, I'm on EE in London so it's not really an issue for me expect during summer when I need it for festivals.

I requested a SIM/number transfer (porting) last Thursday. VOXI texted to confirm the transfer would take place between Friday 11am and midnight. Since Friday, I have had no signal at all — no calls, no texts, no mobile data. It has now been 5 days with a completely dead line - and I was asked to wait one more day by the customer service, because:
I contacted customer service and was told nothing could be done because it's the weekend/bank holiday and no one is available to process the transfer. This makes no sense: VOXI cut off service on my old number as part of a transfer window they set, then left me with no way to actually complete it — knowing it fell over a bank holiday weekend.
I am on a monthly paid plan, not PAYG, so I am paying in full for a service I have not been able to use for 5 days. When I raised this, customer service did not offer any compensation, credit, or even a clear timeline for resolution.
If a provider schedules a port for a specific window, they need the staffing to actually complete it — or not start the process until they can. Leaving a paying customer with a dead line for 5+ days over a bank holiday, with no compensation offered, is unacceptable.
I am asking for this to be resolved immediately, along with a credit/refund for the days of lost service, plus compensation for the disruption caused.

they asked me to contact them, but the service is not available!!!!my phone is still not available!!! rubbish. Every time I log in it asks me to refer to a friend, why would I when you have such a bad service!!

I was having issues with my mobile data ever since my old number had transferred and the port process was complete.
The mobile data just did not work!
The first agent who I spoke to, told me to wait 24-48 hours. Okay, done. Couple days later ~ still not working!
Second agent made me go through a bunch of troubleshooting, which none of the methods worked. My sim signal strength was at a shocking -106dbm. He said the sim card may be faulty so he ordered a new one. And i had to wait another few days with no data. When the new sim card didn't work either, i was so devastated.
Now, third agent. So extremely slow at replying, i felt as though my time was being wasted extremely. He asked me so many security questions, which the others did not. And when it came down to solving my problem in the end, he said it was from mobile network problems in my area and to reach out later!!!! I wanted to cry. Lousy excuse!!! My time wasted!!! I immediately asked for refund and a new pac code. And later when i checked if it was true if there was an outage or something, there wasnt.
The agents just seem so unqualified to be helping with tech problems. Its like they just read from a script.
Im just sad because this company had good sim options. But i cant use it and i'd rather die than go through the webchat service again.

I needed help with activating my Sim. I was supposed to be a simple thing however I was having many problems with the activation. I spoke to an agent called Valentina and she tried many ways to activate the Sim. We gave up and was going to order another Sim however she tried another method and it finally worked. She demonstrated patience which I appreciated. It took time but Valantina helped get it activated and put effort into fixing the problem.

I’ve been with VOXI for years, and it’s genuinely frustrating to see how much the service has changed.
When I first joined VOXI, I specifically chose it because I wanted to get away from Vodafone’s restrictions. VOXI felt like a breath of fresh air. Better value, more freedom, Unlimited Social, and a brand that actually seemed to understand what younger customers wanted.
Customer support used to be genuinely helpful. There always seemed to be new features and improvements being introduced, and VOXI felt like a modern, customer-focused alternative to the traditional networks.
Now it feels completely different.
Customer support has become incredibly frustrating. The responses I’m receiving are full of generic, overly polished paragraphs that don’t actually address what I’m asking. More concerningly, when I run the responses through AI detection tools, they are consistently flagged as AI-generated.
Whether VOXI is actually using AI to handle its customer support or not, that’s what the experience feels like. You’re having a conversation with something that can produce a very long answer but somehow still doesn’t answer the question you’ve actually asked.
My most recent experience sums up the problem perfectly.
I bought an Apple Watch Cellular and wanted to know whether there was any way of using it with my existing VOXI service. Instead of being able to help, I was essentially told to go back to Vodafone.
I was offered a Vodafone SIM-only plan and then told I’d need to pay another £7 a month for Apple Watch connectivity.
That’s particularly frustrating because I joined VOXI to get away from Vodafone’s restrictions, and now VOXI is effectively telling me to go back to Vodafone because I want to use an Apple Watch.
And why doesn’t VOXI support Apple Watch Cellular in the first place?
VOXI is specifically aimed at younger customers, and a huge number of younger people use Apple Watches. Cellular connectivity isn’t some obscure new technology anymore. Vodafone already supports it through OneNumber, yet VOXI customers are still excluded.
I was simply looking for a way to use my existing mobile service with my Watch.
Instead, I was told there is no technical or product-team route to provision Apple Watch Cellular on a VOXI account.
It’s disappointing because I actually like VOXI. I like the tariffs, I like the concept, and I like the benefits that originally made me choose VOXI over Vodafone.
That’s why it’s so frustrating watching the brand fall behind while customers are increasingly pushed towards Vodafone whenever they want features VOXI doesn’t support.
VOXI used to feel like an exciting alternative to Vodafone.
Now it increasingly feels like Vodafone’s cheaper brand. Until you want something Vodafone supports, at which point you’re told to go back to Vodafone anyway.
I really hope VOXI starts listening to its customers again, invests in proper human customer support, and catches up with modern features such as Apple Watch Cellular.
I don’t want to leave VOXI. I just want VOXI to give me a reason to stay.

I tried to cancel within my 14 day cooling off period.
They tried to tell me that today (27/8/26) would be the 15th day of the contract which was activated on the (13/8/26). However, that is not how UK Legislation defines cooling off periods as they begin the day after the contract begun, and end at the end of the 14th day (which would be 27/8/26). They tried to offer me less than 50% of my original payment before I sent them the link to the UK legislation where they finally decided to give me a full refund. They thought they could scam me of my money.

Very poor network. I left them and moved to Talkmobile, who offer EU roaming as part of their plans. How can other networks that use Vodafone’s network, such as ASDA Mobile, Lebara and Talkmobile, offer included EU roaming, while VOXI charges a fortune to use it? It really doesn’t make sense.
On top of that, there seem to be a lot of account issues and faults, especially when using the service through Google. It’s disappointing because VOXI could be a great network, but the roaming charges and ongoing account problems make it hard to recommend.

10/10 service from Waseem. Helped me sort out my plan issue and got me up and running within one chat. So glad and thank you again to Waseem, much appreciated 🙏

I switched to O2... and VOXI refused to refund my remaining credit balance of £12.94. I spent an hour on chat and made countless calls to Vodafone, which owns VOXI. Nothing worked. It was a nightmare. They didn’t refund the money. It’s a small amount, but still... it feels like theft. Never, ever again I would use Vodafone or VOXI.
