Absolute Garbage, no signal where I work in Somerset and even worse at my home in Dorset.
Avoid Voxi/Vodaphone at all costs because you will be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service after a few initial attempts to reach the right person. It was truly refreshing to connect with such a capable and competent professional who understood my needs immediately. Navigating complex inquiries can often be a challenge, but this interaction set a new standard for excellence. I am incredibly impressed by the dedication and expertise displayed throughout our conversation. 🤝

I was impressed with the patience and diligence of the agent even though the solution was not the right one for me at the time.

Best customer service!! I have received a professional help from Nitesh who was patient and he solved my issue with lots of patience. Thank you

Absolutely diabolical customer service. I’ve waited 16 days and still haven’t had my number transferred over successfully. There’s no call centre so I’ve now had 6 chats and spent over 4 hours doing so - and I am still waiting to be able to send and receive calls and texts using my og number. Wish I’d never bothered moving over 🤬

VERY BAD COMPANY, AVOID ! virtually no signal most of the time, zero customer service, bot chat seems like a scam that can't even answer basic questions, no reply to my request for support, impossible to get my money back, complaint ignored by them, I will report to the ombudsman, felt like I've been scammed by disgusting people who want to make as much money as possible and give virtually nothing to their customers in return. Immoral and disgusting. 0 out of 5 is too much for these people, wherever they are hiding

I’ve been with Voxi before and they were pretty good but now they are total crap looks like they now use a lot of foreigners who don’t speak proper English and just go round and round in circles a very poor experience. I just signed up for a Plan yesterday but I cannot login. They said they’re gonna send an OTP. I never get it so eventually I managed to speak to an agent whose English is very poor and we just went around and around for ages. He then talks about a refund all because I want info on a PAC. Lol
I asked to speak to one of his managers and he said well he will only tell you the same. What a downright cheek anyway I persevered and eventually spoke to another manager whose English was poor. I asked to speak to someone who spoke English and he said he spoke English and then I got cut off surprise surprise.
To go to an ombudsman about this takes six weeks not six days six weeks. Everything is stacked against us isn’t it.
Anyway here’s a bit of the transcript…
customer : How do I request a pac
agent : If you want we can do one thing for you we can keep a eye on your account and Once the order gets completed and We will raised the refund for you and which will take next 3 to 5 working days to get reflect back in your account
agent : You don't need to contact us and You don't need PAC code
customer : What are you on about a refund for
agent : As you are asking for PAC code
agent : I have told you to provide you the refund for the sim which you have paid
customer : A pac code is nothing to do with a refund. What are you on about
customer : I haven’t asked for a refund
agent : I have given you an option here
customer : Please escalate this
agent : Alos, My manger will also provide you the same resolution
customer : Then put me in touch with his manager
agent : [name] Just to confirm shall i connect you with my Manager now
customer : Yes
agent : Hi, you are chatting with [name] a manager on the shift. Please allow me few mins to go through the above chat and help you further
agent : Just to confirm you have placed an order for VOXI SIM card however willing to login into the online account , right?
customer : Please speak English
agent : [name] just to inform you we are replying on chat in English only.
customer : Ok but it’s pretty poor
agent : I am so sorry if you feel that way.
I’ve now been in touch to cancel and get a full refund but they say I have to wait until I receive the sim. Joke!

Bought a refurbished phone. Stopped working completely after 3 days. Was initially told I could take it into a Vodafone store to arrange refund or exchange but when I went to store they told me that was wrong and had to be done online. Returned phone by post as directed, took more than two weeks for Voxi to acknowledge that phone had been returned (and that only after I had made a complaint to Vodafone) and more than a month later have still not been refunded.

Terrible network and hidden charges - steer clear.
Awful coverage and painfully slow speeds. Cancelling is an absolute nightmare; I had to try cancelling three separate times before it finally went through. To make matters worse, they kept charging me for two additional months on what was supposed to be a prepaid plan. Avoid this network.
Edit: Cancellations didn't work because error on site, and very complex, anti human user experience of cancellation forms and checkboxes

Sim card never worked , it was asking for s verification code to login to the voxi account .. so i could not login as the sim was not working to recieve the code . I was still charged for april to august even though it was not used and they only would refund me for the latest renewal of £10 .. if the sim was not working then i should be refunded for the wholly unused months .

I've been with Voxi for quite a few years now. I love the Voxi drops, it's a lovely perk and quite fun seeing what it is each month. Sometimes I get lucky and other months I miss out but it's fun and keeps me guessing! They have great offers, each time I've upgraded they've been doing a deal with extra data so I feel it great value for what I get. I love that social media is included as like most I spend way to much time using that so it can eat up the data, but with Voxi it's included. They have a good selection of plans available and when I travel I usually add the European data plan to keep me covered. They offer vouchers if you introduce people to them, I have introduced 2 people so far. It's a great SIM only provider. I used to have a contract with another provider but my circumstances changed and I couldn't afford it, so purchased a phone and Voxi was a great option for me. Initially it was a 'just for now' thing but I have actually lost count of how many years I've been with them now, maybe 7 yrs? Might be more I can't remember. Overall my experience so far has been pretty good.

All I can say in praise of Voxi, is that they had a good price for a new Pixel 10a 256gb. A great saving on the high street prices.
However.... customer service is severely lacking.
No ability to speak to a human on the phone to discuss why there were no delivery updates.
You can chat to Ai but don't expect much help there. Plus the chat didn't work after a while anyway.
The only way of getting a response was via social media, not my preferred method of communication.
Then, after it was delivered a day or 2 late, I asked for assistance re the E-sim that was already in the phone.
I did manage to chat with a human (well I think they were) after a long queue. But the customer service was achingly slow and not relevant to my query.
I think I'll keep the phone, but will ditch the SIM network they offer.
Invest in customer service Voxi please!!
(And I've just learnt that Europe roaming isn't included in the plans. So not such a good deal!)

Appalling Customer Service.
Highly disrespectful chat agents. I was more or less told to just get lost, they even offered me a refund and to leave Voxi all together.
On a separate occasion about poor signal (which is currently at a 1 bar), I was seeking help because the fix that they gave me (a new sim) didnt fix the issue and they said "what do you expect, there is nothing we can do about that", verbatim AND yes I do have the chat transcripts emailed to me.
Just shocking all around, they take your money and don't provide a service I really should get a refund for all the money i wasted on them are their lack of willingness to even help.
Shame on you VOXI, if your chat agents based in India can't even be polite despite your faulty service, just replace them with AI this point.

This review is specifically about buying a phone through the VOXI website, not the VOXI mobile service itself, which has been working fine for me.
I ordered a refurbished iPhone 16 on 28 August and paid £590.40 in full from my Starling bank.
I then received an order confirmation from VOXI showing my delivery address, order number, phone and payment method. Under “Delivery date” it said:
“Your order is on its way via next day delivery and will arrive between 8am and 6pm.”
The confirmation also clearly shows the iPhone 16 and the £590.40 total.
After that, nothing. No delivery update, no email saying there was a problem and no explanation.
I contacted VOXI myself and was eventually told the order had somehow “not placed successfully” and that I may have to wait up to 14 working days for the pending payment to be released. Nobody could explain why the order failed.
What makes this particularly frustrating is the communication. From my side I selected the phone, entered my details, completed the payment process and then received an order confirmation telling me it was coming via next-day delivery.
If something failed behind the scenes, VOXI should have told me immediately. I should not have to chase customer service several days later to discover that the phone apparently isn't coming.
I have contacted them again and a case has now been raised to either process or cancel the order, so I am still waiting for a final outcome.
Things can go wrong with online orders. That isn't really my issue. Taking an order, sending a next-day delivery confirmation and then providing no further information when the order hasn't actually processed is the problem.
Based on this experience, I would think twice before buying an phone through the VOXI website.

I addressed an issue in the webchat, and immediately received a response from an agent who helped me with email and password problems. Thank you for such a fast and thorough assistance.

Would rather give a 0 star review. Worst experience. Advice to anyone looking for a mobil brand to go with, stay away from Voxi. I only needed to cancel my card details for a month dur to going over seas. It wouldnt allow me to do it on the website. I tried webchat, it said it was experiencing technical difficulties and couldnt do it. Tried calling the numbers (which weren’t easy to find), that had a msg on it saying to do everything online, then ended the call. The only way left was to msg a robot via Facebook messenger but the “name” of “SHAHEEN”, whoch took over an hour and a half just to do the security check, because it kept sending me a one time code that was valid for two minutes, but repeatedly took 10-15 minutes to respond when i gave the code. Then after several hours of back and forth with Facebook messenger, i get a msg saying they are experiencing technical difficulties and couldnt remove my payment information.
Ive blocked them via my bank.
Ive now just cancelled with them altogether. Ill pay a couple extra £ and deal with a capable company.
