Before flying to Turkey for my vacation, I booked a rental car through the VIPCARS website. VIPCARS issued a voucher for a local rental agency. Unfortunately, neither a car nor a representative was there. Even after calling multiple times, I couldn't reach anyone. Our family had to take a taxi instead. After three days of trying to make contact by phone and in writing, no rental car was provided! Sadly, I still haven't received a reply to my emails to this day! I haven't received a refund for the amount paid, either! Never again!
