A beautiful dresser. But of course it required dedicated and (in my case) professional assembly which took two hours. Pretty much as expected. The all-wood construction is great but some of the drawers do stick as a result, hence the four stars. I have sent off for wood-on-wood lubricant which will hopefully remedy that difficulty. But a wonderful looking piece of furniture nonetheless.

Ordered flooring. Said on their site that it was in stock. Then after ordering and paying they came back and said that it wasn't in stock at the warehouse near me, so would have to be shipped from farther away which cost another $250. They were very communicative during this, so that was nice. They also promptly answered other questions I had. Sadly, the flooring itself was more rustic than the photos and sample, and most of the prices were SHORT. Obviously flooring comes in different lengths in each box, but we had many pieces as short as 12" and not a single 7' piece - crazy and very disappointing. Also had pieces with righting on it???

Poor customer service and misleading website. I ordered flooring and paid. Two days later they came back and said I needed to pay more if I wanted the product. Then, they stopped communicating. After writing this review they started communicating again. They said they didn’t charge me but they did, my credit card shows charges from that date. They reversed the payment and now are leaving the order sit open. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased an item on villohome on January 5, 2025. After several days without updates on the order, I reached out to customer support for a status update and was told that they were in contact with the vendor. After several more emails back and forth my order was updated to show an inferior item of much lower value and the order eventually shipped arriving on January 17th. I contacted support again to let them know that the vendor has bait-and-switched the item but never got a reply.

I ordered san pedro plants Jan 7/8, 2025. I have no email of order saying anything. I have no email confirming order, date items being shipped....NOTHING. I then see it's a home shopping place, I thought it was a nursery. I'm thinking I'm being frauded, I had to check if it was a legit site. I'm lost.

Villohome reached out to me to resolve the issue with my purchase and corrected it. I was given a refund and explanation of what went wrong with the transaction. Though I give the company credit for correcting the situation, it was the advertisement flaws that occurred that someone should have been mindful of. Advertising incorrect pricing and using old images of the product is really no excuse. But overall, I satisfied with the correction, they are a legit website, they do sell live plants. Raising my experience above a one star.

As it was a holiday gift, I ordered from this site due to the advertised shipping and arrival date of 5 business days after same or next day ship date. This was 12/16/24. I received no tracking or status update despite contacting the company on the shop app. It arrived on 1/2/25.

Got a couple of really sweet pendant lights. Delivery from China went well, plan for two to three weeks. Lights were nice quality and look great. Would buy from Villohome again.

I had the worst experience with this company. See my email to them below after cancelling our order after waiting several weeks. "You guys completely scammed us out of our order, you made us wait several weeks to only find out that you cancelled the order. Udit Kuril sent me an email explaining that our order would not send until 12/27, which we were okay with waiting on. We called your company and talked to someone over the phone who said we did not need to reply unless we want to cancel. Then yesterday, Udit Kuril emailed and said, "Can you please attend my previous email and let me know?" and not even 5 hours later he just went ahead and cancelled the order?! What is wrong with you guys? I am completely furious you wasted my time with your company. We're moving and won't have a bedframe for our new home, way to go."
