affiliate program

Hello. I regularly generated traffic to the Cozyology website. There were clicks, visits and purchases. On one occasion, a payment appeared, which the company subsequently removed. When I asked why, they replied that it was a mistake and that no sale had taken place. Then there was a large sale and my commission amounted to around $500. I decided to withdraw the money and asked how to do so, whereupon the company blocked me and removed me from the programme. I haven’t received any money! Cozyology is ignoring all my messages on live chat, WhatsApp and every possible email channel. I am very disappointed with the company and my experience working with them! Please return the money I earned! Despite being blocked, I have a screenshot of my account dashboard showing the statistics. I hope the company reads this and gets in touch with me. 86correct86

We have no record of any authorized agreement with you. Our technical audit has detected that your "traffic" was generated through unauthorized browser extensions and scripts designed to interfere with our checkout process. This is a form of affiliate fraud (cookie stuffing/attribution theft), not genuine marketing.

2. No Basis for Payment: Since there is no contractual relationship and the sales were attributed via fraudulent technical means, no commission is owed. We have zero tolerance for attempts to exploit our system.

3. Legal Warning: Your public statements on Trustpilot and other channels constitute defamation and libel, as they falsely accuse our company of withholding earned funds.

Take Notice: We have archived all technical evidence of your fraudulent activity and copies of your defamatory posts. Amazing Service & Product

From start to finish this was a great experience. We first ordered some fabric samples which really helped us pinpoint the exact color we needed for the space. Cozyology provided ample support with regard to measuring properly for the window space. We placed the order and LOVE the drapes. They are the perfect color and weight. The craftsmanship is wonderful and we love the pleats. The entire finished look is exactly what we were going for in this space. We love our bedroom and look forward to ordering additional drapes in the future for some other rooms. Highly recommend. Service & support TOP NOTCH.

Excellent customer service and a quality product

When ordering custom curtains for the first time, there is so much to consider. The fabric samples were delivered quickly so that I could examine texture and color in the intended room setting. I also took advantage of the online consultation for questions. I must say that customer service and email response to inquiries is excellent. I’m really happy with the quality of my new curtains. They were packaged nicely, no steaming was necessary, clips were already installed on the curtains and rings were provided. I would definitely order again from Cozyology Curtains!

They provided white glove customer service and recommendations over e-mail with little to no work on my end. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for help with window treatments that want an easy process from the comfort of your home. I needed to replace some beautiful silk…

I needed to replace some beautiful silk curtains that had worn out over the past 20 years. I ordered 20 swatches from Cozyology and selected the Cyrus Heavyweight Cotton drapery in Champagne Sand. After ordering, I was contacted by customer service to confirm exactly what length I wanted the curtains to be, as I had told them the measurement from the rod as well as from the rings. They were super helpful. The curtains arrived just under 2 weeks from the time I confirmed the length. They are very carefully packed. There was no wrinkling, and I was able to hang them by myself. They look beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service. I had to make changes to an order and my wife had placed and the agent worked with me over several days to make sure the measurements of the drapes were exactly right. They came out perfect. I could not recommend them more highly.

Loved the process

Loved the initial consult - staff is knowledgeable but not sale-y. In fact they prefered I took my time to get the order exactly as I would want. The swatches are a game changer. The only tini think I have noticed is the seem on my blackout curtains you can see the light through but u have not mentioned this to cozyology yet. Feedback: putting liner in on those seems would be nice. But still 5/5! Very quality.

Beautiful Custom Motorized Shades + Outstanding Customer Service

I recently received my custom motorized Roman shades from Cozyology and couldn’t be happier with the final result. After researching several competitors, I found that Cozyology was one of the only companies able to accommodate the wide width of my patio doors, which ultimately made them stand out from the start.

While the process took a bit longer than initially expected (over a month from order to delivery), the end product was absolutely worth the wait.

What really impressed me was their customer service and attention to detail. The team was incredibly responsive throughout the process and worked closely with me to refine measurements, proportions, and even structural details to ensure the shades looked balanced and functioned perfectly. They caught technical issues before shipping, remade panels to improve visual consistency, and double checked fabric quality which gave me a lot of confidence in their craftsmanship.

The shades are motorized and now seamlessly integrated with Alexa, which has been such a great upgrade, being able to open and close them with voice control or through the app is both convenient and fun.

You can tell Cozyology genuinely cares about delivering a high quality, custom product rather than rushing something out the door. If you’re looking for custom window treatments (especially for larger or unique window sizes) and value communication, precision, and a beautiful finished result, I’d definitely recommend Cozyology.

I just placed my order

I just placed my order, but wanted to say how amazing Ana from the Cozyology Team was! She was extremely kind and patient with all my questions and wanting me to understand even how the folds of particular designs would lay and look and sending photos of designs I was considering but was hesitant of. She was wonderful! It was also nice being able to order the 20 samples to see what fabric looks like in person, as I didn't end up with my initial choices. I couldn't get the GIFT10 to reimburse the samples to work, however they included a nice card I discovered in my samples bag for a super 23% discount! I'm so excited to get my final product! Thanks again for all the help!!!
