Samples OK
Samples OK, but I did not realize I was ordering them from Turkey, so I think that should be front and center on the website. I've ordered Travertine tile in the past that was quarried in Turkey, but the product was not shipped to me directly from Turkey; it was already in the company's warehouse in the USA. Aside from the samples taking longer to arrive than I anticipated (due to their coming from Turkey), the samples were sufficient for my needs, one had the corner broken off.

Took my order, charged me $299 shipping and then called me a day later and told me the warehouse they thought the tile was at was not there. Said they would ship from another warehouse and wanted $250 more in shipping. Classic bait and switch. And NO emphatically No, it was not "on the spot". Stunning Marble Sinks from Turkey and Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two solid marble sinks from this company and worked with a team in Turkey who hand-crafted these sinks. The experience was phenomenal, and the craftsmen in Turkey kept me updated throughout the process, creating sketches of the sink, sending me photos of the marble blocks to be used, and sending me photos and videos of the final products. The process was smooth and seamless, and the sinks look absolutely spectacular! I cannot wait to install and use them!

The sample I received arrived after a longer delay than I would have expected. However, it’s in good condition and the material is just what I was hoping for. The limestone looks to be very nice quality. Customer service has been Okay…It seemed there was a bunch of confusion.
