I love that I can order smaller numbers of the cool black brick shaped rocks. I’ve bought a pallet for like $800, and then just needed about five more individual pieces to finish my project. This allowed me to order exactly what I needed without having to order an entire pallet. Also shipped separately and on time!

Shipped wrong method so the package was returned automatically. No effort made to try to get it to me. No options to add a note to the order regarding shipping methods. Hopefully my purchase is refunded soon.

Thank you for explaining why the remote is taking longer than normal to deliver. My plan is to wait another week and if it isn’t here I’ll ask the company for my money back. They have already processed my payment.

Note this is an updated review: Seller communication is poor, and my item took longer to ship than the stated window (I was eventually told that window was just an "estimate"), but ultimately my rug was as-described and I am pleased with its quality and the value for my dollar.
