I had the worst experience with this…

I had the worst experience with this company. See my email to them below after cancelling our order after waiting several weeks. "You guys completely scammed us out of our order, you made us wait several weeks to only find out that you cancelled the order. Udit Kuril sent me an email explaining that our order would not send until 12/27, which we were okay with waiting on. We called your company and talked to someone over the phone who said we did not need to reply unless we want to cancel. Then yesterday, Udit Kuril emailed and said, "Can you please attend my previous email and let me know?" and not even 5 hours later he just went ahead and cancelled the order?! What is wrong with you guys? I am completely furious you wasted my time with your company. We're moving and won't have a bedframe for our new home, way to go."

Customer Service Iffy

I ordered 2 cabinets and it wasn't Villohome's fault but they were back ordered. For a while I was willing to wait. I contacted company trying to cancel order. Never heard back from them until I got the email that they were on their way. At this point I just refused delivery from FedEx when they arrived.

Messed up shipping process, ultimately resolved acceptably

I haven’t received my samples! How can you ask for reviews when you haven’t fulfilled your part contract.

Update - samples received. Not sure where the problem was. Team was a little slow to respond to my request for updates (I emailed twice asking for an update). Situation rectified.

Flooring delivered and very happy with purchase.

The whole process was not easy. They were dealing with a supplier that was located in Tampa Fl. the facility was effected by the hurricane. Unfortunately for us, we were on a schedule with our contractor. So the delay was stressful. But the flooring was delivered and we couldn't be happier. They made a real effort to keep in touch and update me on the order. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend them as a supplier.
