Everything went smoothly. Great service!

We rented a Renault Clio and got a terrible indian car as “upgrade” !
We returned the car at 7.30 am but no one at the reception. Later that day they immedaitely charged a amount for damage on the car we dit not have,
We paid and then it was deducted from the creditcard twice. 4 months later we recieved a notification about a fine and this was also debited from the credit card twice. E-Mailing is pointless because they don’t respond to anything. You don’t get the car that was agreed
upon and they misuse your credit card. Earring extra money by scamming customers.

Good service. Terri was very nice and helpfull. Car was clean and good. Didnt had to wait long at pick up and also returning went fast

We used Viaggiare for the second time. And again everything was perfect, both in Lamezia Terme for 10 days and in Rome for 6 days. Good car, no complaints about the service, everything was correct. I can't say anything bad. If I have the chance, I will choose this company.

We arrived with a reservation. The nan told us he did not have a car for.us and tried to let us pay for an exclusive car more than 5 times more than the price we paid for making the reservation. The man was very un helpful, very unfriendly. Terrible experience. I rented already cars all over the world but never had such a terrible experience with a car rental. This offiice at Roma airport is to be avoided at any cost.

Very disappointing experience. The low prices seem attractive at first, but it feels misleading. I was charged around €220 for a tiny scratch (barely half a millimetre), which felt extremely unreasonable. Instead of resolving it fairly, they simply told me to claim it through my insurance.

I would not recommend renting from them—be cautious of the hidden costs behind the cheap initial price.

I booked a car several months in advance for a long weekend in the Province of Venice. Upon arriving at the Viaggiare Rent check-in desk, I was informed by the customer service representative (possibly the owner) that I would not be permitted to collect the vehicle because I did not have a physical credit card. I had my card available digitally on my phone and sufficient cash to cover any charges; the deposit required was only €150.

I explained that I had rented vehicles in this manner previously without any issues, and that I had exchanged emails regarding my reservation in which no mention was made of the requirement for a physical credit card. If this condition is so essential, it should be clearly highlighted in the same way as the driving licence requirement.

In response, the representative spent several minutes attempting to locate the relevant clause in the contract, stating that he had written it himself. This did nothing to resolve the situation and ultimately left me stranded at the airport at nearly 11:00 pm without a vehicle.

As a result, I was forced to pay €350 to hire a car from another rental company, which was my only available option at that time.

This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

The entire experience was excellent, and I don’t say that lightly. The 2 ladies at the desk were so helpful, there was a slight issue with our car and it was upgraded to a bigger car immediately at no extra cost and there was no hard sell of increased insurance like other places. The return was as good, she checked the car was fine and I had the confirmation documentation emailed to me before I left. Of all the car hires I have done, this was by far the best.

Terrible service. If you look at reviews on other platforms you will see their reputation. My flight was delayed by one hour. I waited for 20 minutes at their desk while they dealt with another customer. They said I was over an hour late and therefore a 'no show' so my booking was cancelled. They thought they had a stranded traveller at 10pm in Verona who they could rip off and told me that to re- book would cost €440 for the six day hire (my original booking was €70). Luckily my hotel was only five minutes away so I told them to *** themselves. I used Italy Car Rental instead who were great.

Everything was OK.

Very good state of the car, swift check in, and delivery of the car. Just beware to arrive within 60 minutes of your reservation time!

Rented a car had fantastic customer service from Matteo and Valentina very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and I would use them again if I go to Cagliari thank you.

Mateo was super helpful. Upgraded car. It had a few dings here and there but Mateo asked if we were OK with that and recommended we took a before, and after video,,,, just in case. As our happens, there wasn't any issue with the return or the release of the deposit.

Amazing service! Had a great experience

Company did not accept full car insurance from external company. I had to pay their own insurance 150 euro. They charged me for full tank because I returned the car with only half tank.

I'd like to start by saying, they're not bad, and they're prob one of the better Italian rental companies. At least in my experience.
But there's a few random things that let them down, so a 3 is fair.
- snow chains. Every other company I've used includes these at booking. Not here. An extra 2/3 euros a day for them when you arrive. Ridiculous.
- return at Bergamo. 4pm....they all disappear. Noone at the rental desk in the car park. No instructions either, I had to go out on a limb while heading for a flight and guess that I should take the key back to the desk in the terminal as no drop box.
- different amounts charged as to what was booked through discover cars app. 20euro difference. Most likely just those stupid chains.
- car, dented and heavily scratched all over on every panel.

As I said, small things, but they detract from the enjoyment of the overall experience.

The people were really nice, exceptionally helpful. No issues with condition or cleanliness of the car upon return (although I did get warned to make sure it was clean when returned). Despite extra charges, still cheap enough.

Would I use them again, quite probably as some of the other companies are way way worse.

Handy location, great prices, nice cars, low deposit and highly efficient staff like Matteo make rental a breeze!

Multiple hidden charges which doubled rental cost. Hire car much smaller than advertised. Pick up not in terminal as advertised.
