Je déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site.
Une assurance “optionnelle” a été automatiquement ajoutée à ma commande sans consentement clair ni explicite, entraînant un prélèvement supplémentaire de 10,90 €. Ce type de pratique est très discutable et trompeur.
Lorsque j’ai contacté le service client, ils ont simplement affirmé que j’avais accepté l’offre, sans répondre au fait qu’une option pré-cochée ne constitue pas un consentement valable.
Plus inquiétant encore, leurs propres conditions générales indiquent que cette assurance peut être annulée et remboursée dans un certain délai. Malgré cela, ils ont initialement refusé de procéder au remboursement.
Cela soulève de réelles questions sur leurs pratiques commerciales et leur transparence.
Je ne recommande pas ce site et je ne commanderai plus chez eux.

When I contacted customer service, they simply claimed that I had accepted the offer, without addressing the fact that pre-selected options do not constitute valid consent.
Even more concerning, their own terms and conditions state that this insurance can be cancelled and refunded within a short period. Despite this, they initially refused to process the refund.
This raises serious concerns about their business practices and transparency.
I would not recommend this website and will not order from them again.

❌ Scam website – beware!

I accidentally placed an order on vetements-hommes.com.
Within the same hour, I sent two clear emails requesting a full cancellation, invoking my right of withdrawal under French consumer law (Article L221‑18).

I asked them not to process the order, not to charge me, and to delete my payment data.
They never replied — and still charged my card.

I had to block my Visa card, and I’ve started a chargeback procedure through my bank.
I also filed complaints with SignalConso (France) and econsumer.gov (international fraud network).

➡️ This site deliberately ignores consumer rights, processes unauthorized payments, and offers no customer service.
Avoid at all costs.

A company that relies on cheating you by signing you up for monthly payments and insurance that you don’t need. Avoid.
