Paid over €200, No Delivery, No Refund!
I placed an order (Order #33221138) 6 weeks ago for a jacket costing over 200 EUR. To this day, I have received nothing.
The tracking status has been completely stuck since November 17th, showing no movement at all. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they only provide standard copy-paste excuses, claiming they need to "check with the carrier." It has been nearly a month, and there is still no update and no solution. It feels like they are just stalling until the buyer gives up.
This is unacceptable behavior. I have already reported this incident to PayPal and am in the process of filing formal complaints with German and French authorities (including DGCCRF) for online fraud.
Do not buy from this shop if you want to see your money or your goods again!
For those who are experiencing something similar like mine, simply report to DGCCRF, fill up the form in 3 minutes letting French authority knows this dishonest company, they will contact you once you submit the case.

Never again! stay away from this shop! This is the worst experience I have ever had. I requested the cancellation of the shipment before they even dispatched it, yet they sent it anyway despite all my emails. The worst part is that customer service kept sending the same automated message over and over again—truly the worst shop I have ever dealt with.
Even though they shipped the order after my cancellation request, they expected me to pay all the return costs, including taxes. They are absolutely not customer-friendly and highly unprofessional! I am taking the time to write this so that no one else ends up ordering from them.
You wrote in your reply that you sent me a form, which is not true. You are also not answering my questions about who is responsible for the customs fees and the shipping costs. You are lying and only sending automated emails. You also claim that the delivery cannot be cancelled, even though you shipped it after I had already cancelled the order. Never order from them, they do not offer customer-friendly or competent solutions and they only lie.

Zero responsibility
I never write reviews but I really felt like writing one now.
1. They only delivered one of the six items, I've ordered. I contacted the support team and they told me that the weight sent and received should have been the same. I took a picture and told them it was impossible to fit all the items in the box.
2. They told me that they started an investigation with the delivery company and they were going to get back at me, which never happened, until I'd sent them a new message, asking for an update. At this point, they told me immediately that my question was declined...
3. When I asked for a refund or to deliver the undelivered goods, they told me it wasn't possible because the goods were probably stolen, which is according to them not their responsibility. According to Belgian law it is.
4. Then they give me a link to the french government, which didn't work to access with my passport or ID..
Conclusion: They pocketed my money, didn't deliver and take zero responsibility. This has been a frustrating experience without any goodwill from these people. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from here. Same for the Ryses app, which is I think a part of them.
It's quite painful that they kept retargeting me with social media ads for probably the same amount of money that they could have used for a new delivery or compensation. I assume it's more interesting to find new customers, instead of building a trustfull relationship, with a satisfied customer.

Asking for copy of passport!?!
Miserable webshop...
Order did not arrive even though the tracking information from the courier says the package was delivered. I tell the shop that I really did not receive the package and then they ask me to send a copy of my passport, because otherwise they can not start an investigation with the courier.
What kind of strange procedure is that? I'm really not going to send a copy of my passport to a random shop. They cannot guarantee that my passport will not be leaked in case of a data leak.
Be careful when ordering from this webshop, such practices are ridiculous!
