'ai payé une annonce pendant un mois et, au bout de trois jours, elle a disparu, tout comme les échanges avec un acheteur intéressé. Mon argent a donc été volé, j'ai perdu l'occasion de vendre ma voiture et personne ne répond à mes e-mails. Bravo !

I deliberated at first about the cost of using their services but in the end it was a price worth paying definitely. I could not take the risk of being turned down so I can really recommend the services of Lexidy to those about to embark on getting a visa. The online platform was excellent, questions were answered promptly and I felt I was in good hands all the way along. The procedure is quite cumbersome but Lexidy made it so much easier. Many thanks.
Smart Currency Exchange have done a number of overseas payments for me recently, all done with the utmost efficiency. Rosita was particularly helpful and I can throughly recommend their services.
Not good. I booked a car for a one way journey. All was confirmed with the one way fee included. Once I got to the airport desk I was asked to pay a one way fee. In spite of having a confirmation with it included I was refused the car until I paid. Having duly paid I raised my complaint with Economy Car Rentals who have delayed and delayed to provide any sort of recompense or explanation. After one year they have still not resolved the problem.
Update. After 3 months the reply below does not make any sense. I only booked the car on 17th September 2018 so their answer makes no sense. I have yet to be refunded so my review above stands.

Thank you for your review and for giving us the opportunity to respond to you.
We would like to inform you that as per a check we did in this case, this is closed as the company has informed us about the following for the charges made:
"The amount of £72.00 has been processed last 13/05/2019. Please be advised that when making the amendment to the invoice, the internal process is to refund the original charge of £318.96 in full and debit the adjusted amount of £246.96 as a new transaction. The difference between these two transactions is the above refund promised."
I didn't appreciate the extra 2 pound charge for 'tech services and customer satisfaction' This is not an honest way to do business. Why is this charge not included in the ticket price? It is just another way to add on a fee that should be included.
