Vehicles for Veterans really helped us out, while allowing us to make a donation to a great cause. We were moving out of state and our car died right before our move. They were able to schedule a tow truck to pick up our vehicle within 24 hours of our call. This took a huge amount of stress off of us and also allowed us to make a donation to a cause that is important to us. Their professionalism, efficiency, sympathy, and follow through is top notch. Thank you, Vehicles for Veterans...I can't say enough good things about your organization!

At times some of the staff were rude on the phone and would not listen to my questions. The pick up person was almost 2 hours after the time I was given and no one notified me and the person I spoke to then wanted to just cancel vs find out why the guy was late. I am happy my car is gone so I gave a 4 butvwould not recommend this group to anyone

The communication between myself and the company was always pleasant and constructive. The towing company was very good as well. It feels good to help other organizations and by using donation companies, to give back. I received the notice that my vehicle was sold and how much, and then was given the option for the donation. I would use this service again.

Vehicles for Veterans is a fantastic company. It was very easy to contact them, and they came the next day to pick up the vehicle. My van was used for a good cause as well. Would definitely recommend them.

They process was easy. They picked the vehicle up promptly and explained the process for transferring the vehicle.

I called they responded quickly, when they called to set up an appointment it was convenient. They came when they said they would and helped move the bike. The guy was pleasant.
