I never received the receipt for the…
I never received the receipt for the vehicle that I donated. When I did call I discovered that the email address was incorrect. I told the individual that I spoke with the correct email address and she said that she would send me my donation receipt but I have never received it. I'm rather disappointed.

Thank you so much for your donation and for reaching out. A preliminary tax receipt was emailed to you on March 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM Central Time, but sometimes these messages get filtered into junk or spam, so please check there just in case.
I also sent a new copy just now, so keep an eye out for it. The subject line is “Your Car Donation Preliminary Tax Receipt.”
Since your vehicle sold for under $500, this receipt is all you need to deduct the full $500 according to IRS laws.
We really appreciate your generosity and would be grateful if you’d consider updating your review now that you’ve received the information. Our team did send the receipt twice, but we completely understand how easy it is for these things to get lost in email filters.

Wonderful organization
It was the most seamless process I could ever ask for. They were knowledgeable, helpful and my car was picked up the next day. I received an email immediately for tax purposes and then a letter in the mail once the car was auctioned. I have no doubt the donation will be used for Veteran's and their families!
