I had a few questions with regard person investments, my contact was Mitul who was extremely helpful and each and every question and any follow up was answered in a prompt and concise manner.

I moved to Vanguard from my previous pension holder due to the poor returns and communications I received.

I (like you) read the reviews for Vanguard and was impressed, but are they as good as their reviews? In my opinion, yes. Communication has been excellent, both clear and plain at every step. When I've talked to a person, they have been helpful and, when they called, it was at the time arranged.

Best place for my pension? Who knows, i dont have a crystal ball! Am I happy with Vanguard so far? Yes.

Vanguard make it very easy, but also secure, to withdraw funds from one's pension. Robert B took me through all the documentation and made everything very clear, answering all my questions and clarifying any differences that came up.
