I would like to take the time to formally recognise the excellent customer service I received from Teigan.

Teigan was extremely professional, polite, patient and helpful throughout our interaction. They took the time to listen carefully to my questions, explain everything clearly and ensure that I fully understood the information provided.

What particularly impressed me was Teigan’s willingness to go the extra mile. They were approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping me rather than simply dealing with my enquiry as quickly as possible. Their calm and professional manner made the whole experience very straightforward.

Good customer service can make a significant difference, particularly when dealing with financial matters, and Teigan demonstrated exactly what excellent customer service should look like. I felt listened to, respected and properly supported throughout the conversation.

My experience with the vanguard app, website, customer service on the phone and chat function on the app has been brilliant since I opened my account four years ago. I am very please and just wished I had opened an account earlier with Vanguard. Today I used the chat function and spoke to Edward, he was very helpful and gave me the information I needed within a short period of time

I very recently changed bank account using the bank account switch procedure. The old bank account was the one linked to my Vanguard account.

I thought swapping the account details to my new account would be easy. And indeed with AJ Bell, Charles Stanley and Hargreaves Lansdown it was easy.

But not Vanguard - they wanted proof of the new account details by uploading a statement. But as the account was new I couldn't provide one for a good month.

I couldn't return to my old details so essentially I was completely cut off from all my funds and money in my Vanguard ISA.

Thankfully I don't need the money right now.

Given I couldn't prove my bank account my only option was to transfer out of Vanguard to an easier to manage ISA with AJ Bell.

Had a meeting with Kamran Afzal last week to discuss accessing pension - first class service from Kamran with full depth of knowledge to answer any questions I had.

Tolu was patient and great help to me as I had no knowledge on investing and navigating through the website.

I've been very happy with the returns I've made, and when I've had some technical questions recently and needed to contact support (Edward in this case), I got the answers I needed very quickly.

I always find dealing with Vanguard Customer Services a pleasure. For a start you can ask complex questions. Then you actually get a structured answer usually within hours. Thirdly you have the same person dealing with your query (thumbs up Ahmed).
I find bots can only cope with basic stuff! And AI I'd rather not trust until they are more regulated.
So thank you Vanguard.

Michael provided comprehensive and detailed explanations on the process and implicaitons of the action I was taking.

Each page of the website was covered at an easy to follow pace.

While going through the process of withdrawing some TFLS from my pension, I used the customer service "chat" option and spoke with Jade who was excellent, knowledgable and reassuring, and she answered my questions.
Overall, I'm extremely happy to have my pension invested with Vanguard: the customer service folks are superb, the website easy-to-use and I'm very happy with the investment performance.

Clear Advise and Guidance which covered all options open to me. Each option was explained with care and appropriate detail. This made the whole process less stressful and understandable.

I had problems logging in due to a duplicated account. Amina managed to sort the problem and get my account back up and running.

Such a pleasant change to deal with a company and its staff who strive to give a client the advice needed, rather than seeking to maximise commission. I am not the brightest and was treated with respect when I posed questions demonstrating my lack of knowledge and understanding. The advice Michael gave me was detailed and presented in a way I could understand. Thank goodness for Vanguard!
