Charlotte was very clear and helpful. She made me feel a valued customer. The wait to talk to her was minimal and the time taken to arrange a new broadband deal, short.

⭐ Extremely disappointing service

We have had an awful experience with V4 Consumer. The broadband worked reasonably well for nearly two years, but during that time they have also increased the price, despite the service not being particularly good in terms of coverage — the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach very far within our small flat.

When we first moved in, we had three weeks without Wi-Fi, and now we have had another major issue for the past two weeks.

The latest issue has been incredibly frustrating. We have spent hours speaking to their technical team, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. Both my flatmate and I have had to use our personal 5G data just to work from home.

The lack of urgency and poor customer service throughout this experience has been extremely disappointing. We have repeatedly been passed around rather than having the underlying issue properly resolved.

I would not recommend V4 Consumer.

Tv was buffering regularly but with Dinahs advise we appear to have stopped this.

My internet stopped working because of a broken screen 170 m away free my property.
V4 were right on it and had it fixed 3 days later which I thought was good because it was a complex job.
So refreshing to speak to a human being and not a bot.

Changed the costing and gave me another contract without out my permission, not good

Malik was very detailed and checked everything to ensure I got the best deal even trying to get me a better deal on my mobile as well but unfortunately was tied in, he matched the deal on line and even got a bonus when completed, thank you very much, looking forward to seeing if it’s as good as BT/EE if not better.

My account manager was charming, helpful and informative, thanks again to her.

They harassed my mum. Refused to drop her line. She had a modem off of them but internet there was none for a year. I reported it and we were to blame when it was clearly the modem when checked. We asked them to drop the line several times because of lack of service. They threatened to charge stupid amounts of money for them to drop the line. Then she had no service on year 3 because the modem went down and never came back. Went to trading standards and ofcom to get them to drop the line. So they had no choice although they wouldn’t drop it the first few times. Got them to drop it. They never sent a return box for the equipment after having no service. Now my mum has been charged £711 primary because she got the line dropped. Customer service is dire, bad attitudes. Cohesive behaviour from customer service to stop her changing to a more reliable service. In all a very bad company selling to vulnerable people and trying to trap them into a very below unacceptable service.
Customer beware.

The customer service department (sumitt)was extremely helpful in getting my routing sorted out and even phoned me back up s couple of days later to see if it’s still working ok for me.

Very helpful, service was first class. Change over went well.

Sami at V4 not only picked up the problem that I reported and acted on it promptly, she kept in touch to check and guide me through how to check that the problem was resolved. Even when it was resolved she stayed in touch just to be on the safe side....Now that's what I call Customer Service"
