uni lodgers were amazing with helping me with the accommodation i wanted they kept in contact with me to make sure i got everything i needed, i would definitely recommend for students who are looking to live away from home to use them

If you want the deals then don't book through Unilodgers.
They fraudulently misrepresent that they will give you a substantial amount of amazon vouchers, particularly for a student that is a great incentive. They say you will receive them 3 months after you check into your accommodation- it's been 8 months and they still have sent nothing nor have they kept me updated, I have had to message them repeatedly, only for them to say that it will take 4-8 more weeks each time. Don't waste your time and book through a more reputable company if you want the deals.
As you can see they’ve replied to this- they still have not sent the vouchers and it is now June, 9 months after I first checked into my student accommodation- DO NOT BOOK THROUGH UNILODGERS!

I filled in the redemption form 30th September 2021 and finally received on the 18th Feb 2022.
The staff are not at fault, it is their seniors.

Take other reviews into consideration when choosing where to book.

I was given the wrong contract, 43 weeks instead of 51 weeks. My Unilodgers account even says it is 51 weeks. I signed the tenancy agreement unknowingly. Currently waiting to see if I will have anywhere to live between July and September, hoping they will fix this for me as it isn't really my fault.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH UNILODGERS- EX EMPLOYEE

The vouchers advertised on the website are fake- We were made to lie to the students as well regarding these and instructed to give a false confirmation. Unilodgers is a scam that nobody should fall for or work at. The company has not paid salaries to it's employees,do you really think you'll be provided with such high-value vouchers? Fraud company being run by two frauds- Vaibhav (CEO) & Enzo ( CPV- Chief Puppet of Vaibav)

UniLogers advertising is fake. I booked my student accomodation via UniLogers because they offered Amazon Voucher, I could have booked with other Agents who were getting me the better deals on rent and who already delivered their offer on time. But, no matter how many times I reached out to UniLogers, they keep saying the "voucher is acting up" and the voucher team is not responding or some other lame excuses. Don't book your accomodation through them as they are shamelessly running fake advertisment and scamming students.

I received a response from uniLodgers below after five months of posting this review. As can be seen, they are promising to resolve this issue quickly. What they need to understand is it's already been 9 months delay and they were not able to fix the issue during this time. So, UniLodgers you should stop posting fake promises and response for the sake of improving your reputition, which is not gonna improve anyway.

I have been back and forth with customer services for 5 months now regarding the vouchers and nothing but the same, reused, vague answers. "The vouchers are acting up", "I have escalated your voucher for you" nothing but the same bullsh*t, I highly recommend that you stay away from here and they are nothing but a scam. I am in the works of taking legal actions against the company as it's ridiculous how something like this can still be operational.

Ignore at all costs!! Scam company.

The property I booked through Unilodgers took my money and stopped contacting me. I had no way of reaching them and Unilodgers provided no assistance whatsoever.

They also do not give out the vouchers promised. False advertising and fraud. Will be looking into making a claim as their false advertising has costed me so much money.

Also, their attitude to customers is reflected in their approach on Trustpilot. They will only respond to the positive comments and turn a blind eye to the negative ones/ones that raises genuine concern. This is how you will be treated if you use them; completely ignored and unsupported if you encounter an issue.

I spoke on the phone with Sudhanshu Dangi and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. After a morning full of unhelpful calls to other accommodation agencies, Sudhanshu had all the answers I needed and did everything he could to genuinely help me

This company is a scam, I have worked there and this company is known for acting as a middlemen and NOT PROVIDING PROMISED VOUCHERS.
Seniors in this company says don't provide vouchers to people to employees, they harass the customers and their employees.
Only few gets their vouchers who sue them.
This is the Fraud company, And so is CEO Vaibhav Verma is a fraud!

When using unilodgers they advised that a voucher would be provided as part of the offer this was not provided despite submitting further documents to show proof of booking. Before committing to live in student accommodation I asked the representative about all facilities available including parking options as a student they advised me that there was suitable parking available at my new location. The first week of living at my accommodation I encountered parking notices when mentioned to the staff in the accommodation they provided no help, after applying for a permit to prevent further tickets I was refused on the bases of not paying council tax. The residence which I lived in is for students only and is listed as an exempt from council tax, this is still an on going issue with the council due to miscommunication and is one of the leading reasons why I would advise you all not to use Unilodgers.

Responded promptly, pretty satisfied with the help received throughout the whole booking process!

I had booked my accommodation with them almost more than 6months ago and I still haven't received any of the vouchers they promised. Total scam. I've been emailing and constantly messaging them and they have been giving generic responses such as "we've escalated the issue".
