You can't withdraw money they put it back into credit first you to play .I won 400 .it didn't go into my bank .

Complete scam site .needs reporting for fraudelent activity .Does not land nothing at all consistently its not once in a blue moon scenario. It never lands nothing this is not normal for any site and all they are doing is money laundering and scamming players left right and centre.disgraceful behaviour.i am going to report them for fraudelent activities.I have also requested account closure numerous times which they have failed to do and keep refusing to do so .

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!! They never pay out, it's a well built scam system and looks real for the first time but trust me, you'll never see any money from them

Since December I gave been trying get my winnings of 300 euros withdrawal to my account and they keep on putting it back on play mode.
They keep asking for documents and I have sent it in morethan 3 times and its never satisfied. Till today 14 february still no luck in withdrawinh what actually belongs to me.

I've deposited a lot over the last 8 months. I've lost a lot and also had big wins. For most of that time I was able to withdraw winnings and VIP host Marcus helped to get funds released. Suddenly though in the last two weeks when trying to withdraw £200 they keep cancelling withdrawal. Tell me they sent me emails about why but I never received these. They never respond to my emails and VIP service went from very good to very bad... Not helping to get my withdrawal sorted, just telling me they can't do anything and to resubmit ID.

Deposited my money, got my bonus spins, won £300 happy days, tried to withdraw, they said I had to spend another £40 to be able to withdraw, wasted another £40, asked for my money and then they wanted ID photos etc, sent it all through and still keep getting rejected for the withdrawal, sent my info again and again and again, nothing and no response to my email.
