Very helpful! They always answered almost immediatly, no matter the time of day and they really helped me to secure my appartment and help out with any questions.
I don’t think I would have gotten the appartment without Unilodgers, as being an international student made it quite the challenge.

These apartments are old and run down
These apartments are old and run down. The management does not return calls, nor emails. The room we rent has a cracked window which has not been fixed in 3 months. Their is mold in the shower and they will not return our calls. Run the other way! Fast

Amazon voucher-false promise! Very frustrating customer service
Honestly, don't even bother. I was promised a £100 amazon voucher, that was 2 years ago! I have been liasing with many representatives but I still have not received anything. If this perk is the reason why you book with unilodgers, just don't bother. Terrible customer service. I wish I checked these reviews beforehand, because it isn't just me experiencing this! Total scam, stay away
They replied to me on the 16th May. It is now the 28th June- STILL nothing. No liaison, no voucher, nothing. Please don't listen to their lies. Ridiculous.

Terrible service all round
Terrible service all round. We were promised voucher upon moving into the property which was used as an incentive for us to book with them. We are now moving out in two months, it’s been a year since we booked, 7 months since we moved in, and no vouchers in sight. I’m highly disappointed with their customer service and will never be booking with them again.

Finding a studio in Sheffield as a PhD student
All went great and thankfully after missing out on some studios, they helped a lot on finding a replacement and finally booked accomodation!
Elvira was amazing and very kind to answer all my questions. And they were a lot! Amazing assistant. If I need something, I will certainly ask for her

False promises on vouchers.
I'm about to move out of my accommodation and they still haven't sent me the vouchers. They keep exceeding their own deadlines when i follow up with them and are now blatantly blaming 'COVID' even after student mobility returning to normalcy.
I also referred three of my friends and they too haven't recieved their voucher. FALSE PROMISES. LYING STAFF. MADE UP REVIEWS.

Do not recommend
Unilodgers were absolutely useless with me making a booking. They rang me everyday multiple times a day trying to get me to complete my booking, I complete it, give my bank details and they message me the next day going 'oh, that rooms sold out you can pick another one though'. I pick another room they say they're 'waiting for me to confirm before they charge me' and then charge me within 10 minutes before i'd responded. Then they start messaging me asking for another email for ID purposes which just makes absolutely no sense. I would not recommend in the slightest.

No voucher
No voucher. Im year two now and still waiting for my voucher that I’m supposed to receive for booking my year one accom.
Emailed couple of times, they just say that the voucher has been processed and will be sent asap but they never did. They are making millions off scamming students. Don’t recommend a bit.

The worst service ever provided
The worst service ever provided. They will surely get you a place to stay but never live up to what they promise. Their customer service is pathetic. I would recommend you university living instead of this bad place as they live up to their promises with each and everything they provide you with gift vouchers and other benefits. I will surely feel sad for the student who come through this service.
