It has been over a year and a half and I've still not received my amazon vouchers and cashback I was promised! Absolutely deceiving and appalling! Stay away from this site!

1. Unilodgers Company has not paid the debt for two years, and there is no response from the current contact. This is a deceptive company.
2.Don't cooperate with this company, it has no credit and will not repay the debt.

1.do not work this company you wont be getting your commission
2.scam, commission is overdue for 2 years and still unpaid

Unilodgers communication was very persistant in getting me to sign my lease (constant WhatsApp messages) and I did eventually sign with them. However it has been over 2 years of back and forth about the introductory offer (£100 Amazon voucher and £50 for refferal).

They keep stalling and saying it'll take a couple more months and eventually stopped replying. This is essentially a scam to get you to sign up for their overly expensive leases.

It has been over 2 years and now they do not even reply. The communication was so bad I refuse to believe it is incomptency but deliberate malpractice and deception.

I am still owed £150 Amazon voucher. If you deal with this after posting this review I will edit to say it was resolved.

Don’t want to give me a refund on property I didn’t stay at.

I changed my name by deed poll 2 years ago and have been waiting ever since for them to change my name on their system, they've informed me they can't due to an error on their system, so they're breaking the GDPR by not keeping their records accurate. And don't even get me started on my vouchers, been waiting 2 years, after I paid my deposit they said it would be after I moved in, then after that it was Christmas, ever since then it's been a never ending stream of "We're sorry about the delay". Now I'm at the point where they don't even reply to my messages.

Unilodgers promised a £100 Cashback voucher. It should have been with me more than 6 months ago but still nothing. Every time I message them they tell me there usa "delay" - that is if they respond. I have now sent them a letter of intent to sue. I will be following up on this once the deadline expires and I can only encourage everyone else to sue them too. Hope to update this but the way they are acting I think this will be going to court.

I have had two years of correspondence with unilodgers and have not received my promised voucher. This is part of the reason I chose to go with them and it’s clearly a scam at this point.

Don’t bother booking with them

Completely unreliable. I booked with them a Platinum room at 405/wk and PAID the deposit then they all of a sudden in 1-2 days tell me that they increased the price to 410/wk, I said ok, but then they told me that the room is SOLD OUT a couple days later?? How ridicolous and a waste of time.

The companies support staff is helpful but some property owners they work for have really bad websites that do not operate properly when you try to do payments. This was very frustrating but it isnt fair to rate unilodgers badly for it as they did their jobs well its the property owners website that is the issue.

Very Useful and Friendly service

I paid a refundable 50 deposit which they claim will be given back as a cashback. However there has been no news at all even with me emailing them. How is it refundable if they keep ignoring me?

Excellent team who responds instantly.
Hopefully the offer will come through but extremely pleased with the way UniLodgers provided service.

Good experience overall, the reps were really supportive throughout the process and quick with any questions i had about the accommodation.

Absolute Scam, has been such a nightmare. They have now locked me out of my account I assume as I won't be able to look at any finer details of my vouchers. I was told I would receive £100 Amazon voucher but because I waited a day or two before booking my room they then offered another £50 voucher so I went ahead with the booking. £150 voucher and its been 2 years since I should have received them, I have sent countless messages and tried calling the London office and it doesn't even ring through. It's a complete joke, they're never going to release these vouchers, doubt they ever had any to begin with. Avoid at all costs!

I paid the £100 holding deposit on a room a month ago. The very same day I get a Whatsapp message saying the room has been sold out?? I messaged them back immediately and they replied saying I'd get a refund. This was a month ago and I have emailed numerous times as well as messaged on Whatsapp and they have stopped replying. Every time I call their London office it says the line is busy... I don't understand how hard it is to take rooms off of your website that are clearly sold out. I will now be having to make a claim through my bank as it seems these people have stolen my money. Avoid at all costs, this company is a joke.
