I first head of Ultradecking when I spoke to a friend who had used the company for some work they had done a couple of months back. I was very impressed by the stylish design and quality of the cladding so thought I’d give them a go! I noticed the opportunity to take a sample so did this and was not disappointed! The process was so easy and there was no pressure to purchase unlike some companies. I placed my order and within no time it was delivered. Very easy and very efficient. Ordered Graphite grey capped decking boards and composite joists 3 meter length 50mm from Ultra decking and arrived within 5 to 6 days which was quicker than i thought for delivery. When ordering, the team at Ultra Decking were helpful and advised me on how many boards and joists i needed. The area of decking was 7.2m by 5.8m.
The decking was to lay over the top of a old patio that looked old and needed renewing. Decided to phone Ultra decking a couple of months later to order some extra joists and boards as i wanted to extend the area of decking and again delivery was fairly quick. It was a lot easier than I thought to lay the decking and fix to the joists and feels strong and looks great.
So glad i did Composite decking as it looks fantastic with the benefit of being durable and low-maintenance, making it worth the investment if you're seeking long-term value and a decking that will look good for many years.

I would highly recommend Ultra decking.

The composite decking was very good and easy to put together.
The only issue was the screws heads were a bit too small for the clips but we got through it.
I would recommend buying.

The quality of the product is very good and we are really pleased the overall finish. Unfortunatly customer services weren't quite as good, our order took longer than expected and then some of the parts were missing and had to be chased so in the end it took about 8 weeks to complete order. However we did get there in the end and are pleased.

I replaced my ancient wooden fencing with the fencing boards and I am thrilled with the result. No more repainting every couple of years! I had decking from Ultradecking 2 years ago, and the quality was really good so I had no hesitation in buying my fencing boards from them. Both the ordering process and delivery were excellent, so one very happy customer!

The quality of the decking is fabulous, we had some issues with the edging strips but that was dealt with promptly and professionally. Great service from ultra decking delivery could be better organised. I have used them twice now for decking projects for clients. I would recommend them every time.

Cheapest decking around for the colour and style I wanted, happy with the quality, managed to use my NHS discount so helped with the delivery price.

This company were extremely helpful and our decking was delivered very quickly. Even though part of the order was the wrong shade they were quick to rectify the problem.

Originally bought this decking in 2020. The fitter I used purchased the decking as I specifically wanted this decking due to its good reviews and warranty. Decking was fitted in July 2020. It was great initially. However some 3 years later 2 planks have split, and 2 have blown. I asked our fitter to request replacements as they are under warranty. Well he was asked to supply photos of the initial installation, angles, height and loads of additional information. This was requested so that the company could avoid supplying replacement planks under the warranty. My fitter has purchased 4 new planks that have now been fitted. My fitter used all the components that Ultradeck provided. My fitter explained that the ultra decking spacers are too narrow and do not allow enough space for heat expansion. He showed me other spacers from other companies that allow more space between the planks. Our garden is south facing . Please be aware of this

Be careful, their delivery options are £100 or £60 (for a 2 weeks wait!) So if you are missing some spare parts you are stuck with going to Manchester for them or simply paying a hefty fine. Other decking providers I have worked with have very cheap or free delivery for small parcels.

I checked with them over the phone and they said 2 bags of fasteners would be good. Turns out I needed 3 but what should have been a cheap £30 addition may now cost £130 more (with little room on their end to help).
