Morgan has been amazing, his customer service, product knowledge and advice has been exceptional. Fast replies if you have any queries! Samples were ordered and delivered the next day which are such good quality with various colour options. We went for the Venetian black composite boards from the Superior range. Delivery time 3-5 days, can’t wait to receive our order and give our garden a fresh modern look. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for Composte fencing!

Panels warped after a few years
We purchased fencing from this company a few years ago and have been disappointed with how it has held up. Over time, the panels have started to warp and bend inwards, which has caused them to pop out of the posts and become unstable.
For the price and expectations of garden fencing, we would have expected a much longer lifespan. Unfortunately, the quality does not seem to match the durability needed for UK weather conditions.
We would not recommend based on our experience, as the product has not proven to be fit for long-term use.

We haven’t received any prior contact regarding this, so we’ve not yet had the opportunity to review the installation or assess the panels in question. WPC composite materials will naturally expand and contract with temperature changes, and if sufficient expansion gaps are not allowed during installation, this can lead to panels bowing or becoming displaced from the posts.

Insufficient stock and delivery slots, not as advertised
Ordered a fence. Selected a delivery date from one available on their website. Arranged a contractor to install it. No comms until I got in touch and found out they actually don't have the items in stock and won't be able to deliver until 4 days after my delivery slot. Obviously not good enough so requested a refund and will have to lose deposit on contractors due to the last minute cancellation. Poor service.

Following your order, we contacted you a few days later to advise that there would be a delay due to stock availability. At the time, we explained there would be approximately a one-week wait for the items to arrive. As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered complimentary LED lighting with your order.
We are currently in one of our busiest periods, and demand has been exceptionally high, meaning stock is moving much faster than usual. While this isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, we did our best to keep you informed as soon as we became aware of the delay.
If you are able to push back installers, we can still get it to you by end of next week.

Composite Fencing - excellent service
After contacting numerous companies and none coming back to me - I was lucky enough to contact this Company and liased with the ultra competent Georgia - within an hour, composite fencing ordered - with a delivery date and the added bonus of an installer whom arranged fitting straight away. Excellent service - would highly recommend.

Great looking composite fence pa els
Product arrived on expected day with No shipping damage.
Panels look really good. Easy to install and of a high quality. The slot in bars for concrete posts are really strong and the aluminium top and bottom bars hold the panels firmly.
Certainly recommend them.
