I ordered my Ultra decking on the phone, they helped me with the amount I needed for the fixing clips. It was delivered quickly with all the parts, the driver was friendly and helpful. We have had it fitted and it looks fantastic.

We chose the Signature Chocolate Composite Decking after spending several weeks researching different products and ordering samples from a range of companies. We were impressed with the appearance, colour, and the excellent warranty offered, which made our decision an easy one.
With two young children, we specifically wanted composite decking to avoid the risk of splinters that can come with We’ve been spending time outside almost every day since it was installed, we’re really pleased with the quality and overall finish.

I made a large order of composite decking from Ultra decking recently and I must say that the product is of an exceptional standard. The teak effect wood grain patterns are difficult to distinguish from real wood and yet the durability is many, many times better. The order arrived on time and the delivery person carried it to where I requested in a polite manner. A big shout out to their staff member Alfie who went to significant lengths to explain everything over a number of emails and phone calls and was most accommodating. Thanks Alfie. A great company selling great products.

Great service from Ultradecking. From initial call when the sizing of the decking boards shown on the website was different to what I was to receive. Ultra outlined this clearly and made the necessary adjustments to the order. Great service.
I then needed more boards and ultra went above and beyond to get them to me in super quick time so as I could keep the fitters on the job?

I ordered two products: 26 teak boards and 6 lengths of teak trim. The trim is a vastly different color from the boards—it's not even the same shade or type. When I raised this, the company responded that "it's just the color," but the contrast is quite noticeable. If you want a consistent look, I wouldn’t recommend these products.

Additionally, I’ve received four deliveries for these two orders, yet some items are still missing. The trim I’m waiting for—four lengths—is now out of stock for at least six weeks, and with lead times of 6 to 8 weeks, it’s clear they’re not stocking enough to meet demand or serve customers properly.

This situation has left my build unfinished due to the lack of trim. Fortunately, I’m doing this project on my own home, but imagine if it were a client’s project. The risk of dealing with such delays and inconsistencies is just not worth it, especially with so much competition out there. I won’t be using this supplier again.

Avoid this Company. Ordered and paid for decking on 8th July, 10th July they rang to say out of stock and promised a refund. It's now 1st August and im still waiting for £1300 despite numerous promises.

All I can say about this company is poor service, incorrect pricing on the website, I feel sorry for the staff who answer the phone. Buyer beware!!!

Main reasons not for 4/5 star

There are a series of issues with the pricing and website online, I ordered 4.8 decking originally but after I ordered this i was told due to the length, it could not be delivered and was offered 3.6m decking. This was for some reason significantly cheaper per square meter on their website and in fact would have given me 100 pounds in credit. Their reason for not refunding the difference was because they were sending more premium cladding to go with my order as the cladding I ordered also wasnt in stock. I would have thought that the most professional thing to do would be to send the cladding without an added cost but they essentially charged me for this premium cladding in return for the 100 pounds I was due.

On the whole, they people on the phone were quite friendly, the chap would helped me with my questions about installing was also quite helpful.

3 stars given mainly for the poor website and price disputes.

The quality of the product is not as described, we went for the premium range at £22.95 per board and 23 out of 70 boards arrived scratched. It was delivered by a 3rd party and had no packaging, they simply dropped them in the garden with no care or attention.

Make sure you compare their samples to other companies for scratch resistance. They have definitely over exaggerated the quality.

Even more disappointing is they didn't even want to refund the £58 delivery fee.

Smooth , from having samples arrive to placing our order but what really stood out was the dedication of the delivery gent, during this heatwave, he was running late but kept us informed and arrived with a smile having drove several hours. He really a great guy and people are quick to pass on a frown but please pass on a smile, a credit to the company!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Cancelled an order they couldn't fufill because they were out of stock. Asked for a straightforward refund. Fobbed off for weeks, with a variety of implausible excuses. Eventually had to get the credit card company involved. I'd advise you to use a reputable retailer and avoid this company.

Stay away from this company at all costs
This truly is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with my first order turned up the wrong colour so I refused it after many phone calls to the company. The second delivery was incorrect with any half of the boards 12 in total not the 26th it was ordered now the company is ignoring my correspondence by email/ WhatsApp when I call I’m told they’re very understaffed and too busy to deal with my problem and that it has been escalated. This is the third week now I still have not received any thing

After the company contacted myself to sort out my order my Faith had been completely turned around. Lee was outstanding sent out a delivery to myself straight away , Yes initially there were problems with the order But in fairness At the beginning of summer, it would be this company busy time and it was more logistical problem than the company itself but once he got involved everything was turned around in an unbelievably quick fashion and a satisfactory resolve.

Incorrect order after incorrect order still waiting for my order to be correct
After placing an order vir their website on the 09-05-25 the conformations email gave me different to the website order placed . I ordered 2 different colours to do a picture frame effect and a bullnose for the edging , All Three separate boards had different depths and thickness so I contact the firm through email / WhatsApp and phone (that never got answered) to change/confirm or cancel, 12/05/25 at 17:16 I got a phone call confirming all boards will be the same size and thickness but then 20 minutes late i receive an email saying they would be different! The next morning the delivery took place (not the scheduled delivery date and I was not home at the time) and it was in correct, back on the phone and through WhatsApp and I was told they couldn’t fulfil my order as everything crusty as the website gives the different sizes than What can be delivered! So to save messing everyone around, I decided to change my order with colours and no bullnose edging (not as Aesthetically pleasing).
Now consider considering this was to rectify an error on their part you would’ve thought Prioritising thoroughness would’ve been an objective But once again the invoice came through via email and was incorrect So again on the phone/WhatsApp as the phone is seldom answered. Once again, lots of apologies can’t understand how it got wrong yada yada, 19/05/25 The replacement parts came and was exchanged and once again a failure to deliver the correct order The delivery driver was very confused about what he had in his van. Has he already had a refused delivery and commented there alway getting it wrong ! This was holding back a whole garden project I’m frustratingly wasted my annual leave of work to complete. Yet again, a lengthy times on the phone and WhatsApp And as before, lots of apologies once again I can’t understand where they went wrong Same old same old, So once again to rectify a failure with a failure is bad enough but you would’ve thought to gain priority would’ve been taken nine days later, I’m still waiting for my replacement products so I can start installing my deck! I feel this is a case of we have your money. We’ll get round to sorting a problem out at our convenience! I have given the company by end of play on the 28/05/25 rectify this problem once and for all otherwise I will be wanting to cancel the order as good stuff still not been delivered correctly I’ve given more than enough goodwill changing my order for ease and being patient with issues.

I am not convinced this is a genuine company , they told me there was a 20% sale this BH weekend , unable to order , no discount code worked , no response on WhatsApp , phones not connecting, I see there last FB update was 2023 , no real reviews lately , glad I did not manage to order ,

Placed order on the 22nd of April received delivery with items missing. Chased up regarding missing items received second delivery missing items again 😕. Contacted about missing items was assured items will be delivered. Let's see if they can get it right on the 3rd time.

Had to update my review although there was hiccups with the delivery I can't fault the product. When all the fencing was completed it transformed the garden.Lee went out of his way to rectify the issue I encountered. Also Gaf the delivery man went above and beyond his duty during the delivery,👍

** update** the funds have been returned. However, my original disappointment still stands. The company did not respond to my complaint and have acted unprofessional in my opinion.

Original review: Purchased some decking online, i was contacted the next day by the company who said they don't have the decking in stock, I requested a refund that same day and 13 days later I still haven't got a refund. I have requested numerous times for my complaint to be escalated, but it has not been. I have also asked the company to confirm who they are regulated by so that I can escalate the matter and they have also not confirmed this. Beyond disappointed. I will update this review when more information is available, but do yourself a favour and avoid this company, they are holding almost £1,000 worth of MY money for no reason!

Shed decking
Brilliant product, better than we thought, easy to put together, great price. Delivery update and delivered when said. They left the stuff where I asked as no one was in. Would recommend them

Great company to deal with, have used them twice (decking and fence panels) the fence panels are great quality and so easy to erect. Prices were very competitive and delivery was spot on.

Really pleased with my new fencing. I spend a lot of time researching and found Ultra to be the best price for the quality of the composite. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.
