Very Good Service!

Very Good Service!. The company dealt with my order on the highest professional level that is worth mentioning here. I have made my purchase but was unlucky with Customs this time and didn't receive it. Called the company and explained. Lady that I spoke to was very helpful and apologetic, she checked my order and issued the refund immediately which I already received. In my opinion the company is looking after their customers the way it should be and I will be ordering again.

Great company Great product Great service !

Great company to deal with my first order did not arrive.So they quickly sent another order to replace.Unfortunately only 2 out of 3 came but they issued a credit for the undelivered carton.Great service Great quality cigarettes and great price.Would definitely buy from UK Cigs again great job guys thank you!

So much hassle I’d rather buy from UK after all.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!
I ordered 4 packs around £200 worth of cigarettes from this company. I asked whereabouts in the world they come from - and was told “Europe”, although it was not required I stated that there is a specific country which is not in Europe, but of which I will never buy items from, and I stated I do not want them from this country.
I received one pack so far from the order over 2 months ago, and also found out that the whole lot came from/israelly due from this one specific country. I am very annoyed TBH - its the mis-selling with the lies2sell that I am more furious about. And I can’t see anything British about this company at all. That is all so disrespectful.

Two months on and there’s a big disagreement about the refund I should receive. I’ve no idea how long it will take to get my refund, and possibly compensation for what they've done, but I will make sure I do get it and never use this company again. It’s nasty, And no doubt there will be a response by the company underneath this comment very shortly with another huge amount of lies.

WHAT A SCAM!!! ORDER NEVER RECEIVED AND NO REFUND!

Placed order on 4th July, no package received by the date they provided. Called and explained, they offered for the order to be resent, I accepted and everything seemed rather easy. This was until the 2nd order did not arrive by the date provided.
Since then I have been trying in vain to get my money back. Countless emails saying the same thing over and over again and still no money.
This company uses delay tactics to stop you getting your money back when they know that the order will never be received. I am now very concerned with how my card and personal details will be handled as they have no care after receiving the order.
Please save yourself the stress and money you will never get back. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Update:

As other reviewers have mentioned this company is very selective with the information that they use when replying to reviews that have been left! They state that I confirmed my account was closed after I asked for the refund, WRONG, I confirmed my account was closed and provided new details for the refund to be made, they didn't use these details and took it upon themselves to use the previous details. It would also seem that they get reviews removed from this site although they have been confirmed!!
STILL NO REFUND BUT THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD.
Unable to take to small claims court as they will not disclose their postal address or name that can be used. I have asked for this more than once....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Have sent this company numerous emails, all which have been ignored, after receiving a letter from the UK Border force stating that items were seized and I am now liable for prosecution, this company isn't transparent, and do not state that this may well happen on their website, my very elderly mother is worrying herself sick, as I bought the items on her behalf, shes now convinced she will be facing a spell in prison and a hefty fine. But shes also out of pocket, because goods had been paid for, and now this company are ignoring my requests for a refund.

been shipping to your country for a long time and different situations
happened. However we strive to make all customer satisfied and all
issues related to the orders submitted on our website are resolved in a
timely fashion.

Your mother, e-mailed us on July 25 and reported the
problem with her cigarettes order. There was no other e-mails before
this date. We replied on the next day, which was July 26 and asked about
the second part of her order. After she has informed us that none of the
products arrived, we've offered her a full reimbursement. The refund was
issued and the problem was closed. She did not complain any further.

When she asked about the seized package, we explained that this is not a
problem she should worry about. It happens every once in a while with
most customers, but we offer refund/reship option and our customers are
not left at loss. There is no prosecution and our customers are not held
liable for purchasing these products on-line. Customs just may seize the
package, but no other consequences. We provide a lot of useful
information in FAQ and in our first e-mail before accepting the first
order.

We are a reliable Company and we are very transparent. Please just don't
hesitate to contact our customer support service by e-mail or phone. We
usually reply within 24-48 hours, from Monday till Friday. We have a
friendly customer support team and we are open for any questions you may
have.

We are sorry for any misunderstanding this situation has caused and wish
you all the best.

First time using them. I ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes but 2 were seized by customs. They sent me 2 replacements - which I've now received - straight away.

that you will cancel the order if customs apply a high tax. We replied
explaining that if the tax is too high and you refuse to accept our

able to refund the shipping costs. We asked you if you accept this
condition. You replied that you understand and agree and want to
proceed. Then, we tried to process your transaction, but we were not
able to apply the charge to the card. This can happen for different
reasons and we explained them in an e-mail. We did not receive a reply
from you to this most recent e-mail, but instead received an e-mail from
you quoting our April 30th e-mail letting us know that you have already
replied. We replied informing you that there was e-mail correspondence
after the April 30th e-mail and explained again that your transaction is
pending and there are steps that you need to take on your end.

We are sorry you left such a bad review about our website. We do our
best to keep our customers happy. We are sorry you felt our customer
support was not up to your standard. However, after looking into the

I've been using these guys for over a year. I have had the odd carton seized by customs, but ukcigs replace them straight away, they also give you the choice of a refund. I'm VERY surprised at the negative review below, as they are very prompt in replying when I've needed to email them.

I ordered 8 cartons of cigarettes

Since writing my previous review Uk cigs have contacted me and are going to replace the cigarettes that went missing in April. I have received one carton out of the 6 I originally ordered and hope the rest will arrive soon. Customer services have been very helpful ( they did not receive my original complaint ) and they are trying to rectify the matter.
