I've been purchasing for months and the menthol cigarettes which I've purchased before (Karelia) no longer have the menthol scent or flavour. These are regular cigarettes in a menthol brand! I'm VERY upset with you for the false advertising and I'm even more upset that I ordered 1200 REGULAR cigarettes in a menthol brand arriving soon when I was purchasing menthol and expected menthol!
You've become so fraudulent in your services and I don't want 1200 normal cigarettes.
I would rather have a refund (for a false product) and take my services elsewhere

Yes. The delivery terms are from 10 to 30 days. Usually it takes 1-3 weeks for the items to be delivered after they are dispatched. Big orders are being shipped in parts on different consequent dates to avoid issues at customs.

A non biased intelligent review!

There are positives and negatives to this online shop:
I've placed 4 orders so far and have never received a full order (I know its not their fault).
1st order I received 2 of 3
2nd order I received 1 of 3.
3rd order I received 1 of 3
4th order is pending...

It takes such a long time for orders to come through and even longer to be dispatched. Tracking numbers don't always work and it takes a long time to receive the tracking.
When items have been held, I have been offered a refund or replacement; when I asked for a refund I was refunded straight away with the money entering my account several days later. When I have asked for a replacement, it has taken a long time for this to be initiated.
I have also received 2 letters from the government on order no2 threatening prosecution for placing this order. I contacted Ukcigs support and they said not to worry because people aren't always prosecuted...
The main problems with this company is process and time...
I've also found that I've had to 'look out for myself' reg how the order is going.
When I have initiated contact, I receive a reply 24hrs+ later (weekdays only)
I am currently awaiting an order replacement on 2 items form order no3 and the pending order no4 and again, I have not received tracking as yet and have been waiting a while...
I've not used other online tobacco companies as yet but I would be open to trying as Ukcigs.com is hit and miss and a long process, usually with little outcome.
If you're debating on placing an order, I'd say try it because you have a money back guarantee... BUT be aware there WILL be problems and long waiting times.

Purchasing on our website has many positive aspects, but of course, there are negative points too. Although we were always honest with our customers and provided all truthful information related to the delivery terms.

Sometimes it may take 2-3 weeks for shipments to be delivered, but our delivery time frame for the UK is : 10-30 days. We mention this information on the website, in the first email for new customers and in each confirmation letter too. We ship regular mail and unfortunately we cannot speed up the process.

Concerning the processing of the parcels, we would like to reassure you that we start shipping the parcels within 24-48 hours after the order is approved. The tracking numbers however are provided later. This depends on the sender.

We've checked on your 4th order approved on June 14. According to the records in our database the first parcel was shipped on June 16, the second - on June 19 and the last shipment - on June 21.

The parcels are shipped on separate days in hope to improve the delivery rate. Also there are certain regulations that we have to follow.

We look forward to our continued cooperation!

Ignore all of the bad reviews

Most of them are about peoples orders being seized by customs or not arriving, ukcigs has no control over this. This is a chance you take when ordering from them and to leave negative feedback is unfair.
They even give full refunds if this happens

Just received mine today and all of the previous orders before that

I ordered a month ago 3 boxes and none of them has arrived . Instead I got a letter at home from border police that is illegal to import cigarettes and I will get in trouble. Thanks for taking my money and get me in trouble. Don't buy from them. Is not safe!

I was very dubious about ordering from…

I was very dubious about ordering from this site as I had never bought cigs online before. The correspondence I got through email was fantastic and all explained to me in detail. ( I had some different ways to pay ) but they were very patient with me. I am so Happy I did order,some came before the date and some came on time .The quality is what you would get if buying over the counter in the UK 👍.would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐Thank you Ukcigs .

I can’t order

I can’t order. Have tried a couple of times now and it takes my card details but never get an order confirmation or nothing taken from bank. When I go back into my account there are no orders showing etc. Don’t know what I am doing wrong

Excellent customer service and great…

Excellent customer service and great prices.My order first time arrived much quicker than expected, the second time didn't arrive because of some issues with the border force but they replied very quickly to my email and refunded the money straight away. Definitely recommend.
