So impressed with my first two orders…

So impressed with my first two orders from this website, the first order came in two deliveries very quickly, my second order took a bit longer but has just turned up all three cartons together. Will definitely be ordering from them on a regular basis.

Ordered 3 boxes

Ordered 3 boxes, received only 2. When sending emails to get updates on the missing packet customer service responded with absolute jibberish each time until I threatened to charge back at which point a refund was finally processed. Tried to re-order to give them another chance only to be told both myself and wife are now barred from using this service.

We strive to provide good service to all our customers, but there are delivery issues sometimes. We can't control the delivery process but we have our policies and act according to them.

You were missing a portion of your order and we offered you the standard refund/reship options. You stated that we provided you stupid replies and threatened to dispute the order. The refund was made after you've confirmed the validity of the card. This is what we always do in such cases.

Since we considered this case just a misunderstanding we were eager to take your wife's order, but in the reply to our email she made sure to remind us that a chargeback may be made in case of any problem. As we mentioned above we always act according to our policy. We make sure our customers get their money back or receive a replacement.

Hence, we cannot afford to take orders from customers who choose to involve the bank instead of getting a solution from us.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience created.

Very happy with ukcigs

Very happy with ukcigs. At first was apprehensive to buy, as I have never ordered cigarettes online but as I enjoy menthol cigarettes these had to be ordered online. I ordered 3 cartons of the Karelia menthol, the first carton arrived in 10 days or so, then I was informed the other 2 cartons could not be sent as they sold out, which I was relieved because when the first carton arrived I noticed I ordered the wrong ones. I wanted the slim ones but the ones I ordered were the normal size, which are a little stronger so I didnt enjoy them as much, my mistake. Ukcigs refunded my money 2 to 3 days later so happy with their communication and services. Looking to order the correct slim menthol cigarettes from them without apprehension.

I can't rate ukcigs.co highly enough, there service is ***** 5star, the cost of the cigarettes I purchased is unbeatable, half cost of supermarkets prices. As for there Customer Service, I have never experienced a better customer service and would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Excellent, I am So pleased with my order arrived in really good time , especially with the pandemic ! The woman I spoke to on their phone line were very helpful and kind and explained the slight risks which I took into account but compared to the price I normally pay in the U.K I thought it was worth taking the risk . It was my first ever order of ordering cigarettes on line and I am placing another order . My emails were answered promptly and it was so reassuring the company had a phone number so I could actually speak to a person and the girls were ‘so ‘ helpful , I have no negative comments whatsoever and you obviously do take a small risk but they reassured me I could have a full refund or a re-order if anything went wrong , so how can they be more reassuring and fair , Thank you very much U.K cigs . First time I have bought cigarettes…

First time I have bought cigarettes online and has been a good experience. Took a while to arrive, I ordered 3 cartons, the first two cartons arrived within 2 weeks and the remainder carton took a further 2 weeks. Very good, in excellent condition and just what I ordered. Absolutely dishonest retailer

Absolutely dishonest retailer. I have ordered 4 cartons of cigarettes, and got 4 tracking numbers for those packages. Hovewer, after 3 weeks I have received a message from the sender that those cigarettes are out of stock! So, I don't know what are these tracking numbers but I have still not received anything and I am still waiting for the refund. Very disappointing.

Hello there, yeah i just found in my bookmark this lovely site wich caused me troubles....says u pay tax and all but isnt true and u risk here when comes out of eu...ordered 6 cartoons sobranie and got just 3, other 3 got confiscated and retain by gov....saying that i didnt paid any tax for them and the cigarettes came from ukrain or that area....very poor and didnt got any refund btw i wont go to cry to them but yea, just saying my opinion.
