Ninth Avenue 

This is a dodgy website, order never arrived or send you 1 box instead of 10 boxes you ordered, then they can get your money with the tracking number if you don't escalate the claim with paypal or too late to claim it, never buy from them.

I got my shipment in one month, it'ok, I was ready to wait. But I got 1 cream instead of 2! The price was higher than on the market, but I needed delivery to Greece, so decided to pay this extra + delivery.
Customer support sends the same messages and aren't solving anything. Very frustrating.

Update after 7 months: no refund for the 2nd cream and nobody contacted me, customer support just ignores me. Scammers.

If I could give them no stars as a rating I would. It’s been 3 months no product. Sparse replies if I even get one. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt. Either give me a refund or send me the product. 3 months of waiting is absolutely absurd.

If I could give negative stars, I would. In fact, negative stars is still too good. I would like to rate them with poo. And not fresh, pungeant poo, either, but the dried up kind that isn't even useful to maggots. Awful, simply awful. Shame on me, of course; I had not seen all these reviews prior to placing my order, should have researched. I live in Australia, ordered from the au.ninthavenue page, which must be run by the same scammers. They didn't ship my item, when I emailed to follow up weeks later, they lied and said I had "agreed" when I purchased that it wouldn't arrive for at least a month, that they would ship it once it arrived from their suppliers. I agreed to no such thing, assuming it was being shipped from Australia, which should only take a few days. Every time I emailed, it took several days for a response. Every time, I got a form response, "Sorry for your inconvenience, we have alerted our team". Lies. You CANNOT get through on the phone, either. I am sure I will never get my product or my money back. Do not waste your time or money. Tell everyone to avoid.

If I could give zero stars like others I would. No communication from seller, item never received.
Please take my advice and others and avoid this company like the plague!!! They shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!!

If there was a zero star, that’s what I’d give!!
Ordered a bliss product which I couldn’t get in the UK, could see it online in the USA but they wouldn’t deliver to the UK.
Paid four times the price to get it as my wife wanted it, saw the poor reviews and thought that’s my money gone (PayPal is another story....) out of the blue had notification of shipment, however, had to pay an extra £12 odd in taxes via the a Royal Mail to getbit delivered.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Do not use this company.. I did get my product after many emails reminding them. Was told they would pay the customs import tax for the item. I have paid this myself after EVENTUALLY receiving the order.. have had no reply to my emails asking for reimbursement

Fake company. Took payment and month later no product. Their email address doesn't work and no way to contact them. TOTAL SCAM.

I placed an order with them on Sep 25th, 2019 and paid Rs. 4,572.00 to them using your gateway services. Till date, I have received no product or response from ninth avenue/HeadRush. Their support numbers are also switched off since last one month. It is pretty clear that they are running a fake operation.

I see similar posts online that they just collect money and don't deliver. I am working with their Payment Gateway to cancel their services and will file an online FIR against their directors.
