Do not I repeat do not buy have from this shop , they price there items at high prices and cheat you by advertising false images of what you think you are going to get !. They word the items differently to what the image shows and when you finally get your delivery and complain about this they say we worded it ? . And if you want to return they make you pay for postage also. Please do not buy from this company. They also don't have a good system of customer Information as I got a spam email with same information I sent to there website. They are a dodgy company becareful. Same products can be brought elsewhere at a reasonable price and safer transitions like PayPal etc.

Absolutely disgusting please avoid they list something completely wrong I paid over £55 for creams and they on sent me 1 small bottle. It said 48 on the listing!!!

Scam.Ordered one skin product and received a dvd

Absolutely disgusting company. I ordered 2 pink headbands back in March at $60 each. I can get a grey or black one in Australia for $10 each I specifically paid all that money for pink ones as my work uniform is pink. They sent one pink one the second was not there. They told me we will dispatch the other pink one. They send me a black one. I contact them again asking for a refund of $60 for the pink one that never came. They send me another email saying we will give you a $13 discount if you keep the black one I send another email saying no I don’t want the black one I want a refund. They send me another email saying we have dispatched another pink one. I email them again demanding a refund or I’m going to report them to consumer affairs. No response. These people are scammers. I see so many consistent bad reviews for the same thing. Sending wrong orders bad customer service. I found the exact same head bands on Amazon for $7 each. Do your research and don’t order from this sham scam company.

I have ordered a cream and was sent wrong cream. Most unfortunately my sister opened it before I arrived home. I called and reported. Then I was promised a new right cream. The cream has arrived but is wrong one again. My cream price was above £40,00, but was sent a cream worth £15.00 . What is this?

If you don't have supply of that cream, why do you advertise it?
I paid for fast delivery order but got the cream after a long time.

I'm waiting for address so I can send this wrong cream and be refunded.

They are clearly scammers based on these reviews and my own unfortunate experience. I ordered a 12 pack of moisturiser from them for over £130. I received a single bottle and when I brought it up with them it was apparently an incorrect listing and the price should have been for a single bottle. That's clearly a bait and switch and there are still multiple items online showing the same pricing structure.

They are scammers pure and simple, I have initiated a chargeback and hopefully someone will take note and avoid them in future.

Scam. Paid £70 for 1L shampoo as shown in the image, but received a 250mL bottle. Avoid at all costs.

****WARNING**** This company is disgusting. My advice shop elsewhere and avoid at all cost. Be warned. They will only give you a 14 day warranty as they will not take any form of returns after this period. Anything over 14 days they will ignore you until you give up! DONT TAKE THE RISK!

I bought a well known product from this website. They sent a cheep counterfeit. Their products are not genuine are fake.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I am truly gobsmacked how poor the hair extensions are! My clients hair matted! In 18 years of hairdressing Iv NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT!!! Iv asked for a refund and been ignored!!! Do not waste your money!

True the items that Ninth Avenue sell are expensive - but if they are now End of Life and they have to ship them over the world - maybe the price they charge is not so bad.

I was concerned when I first placed the order that I might be taken for a ride, especially when I didn't receive a confirmation email immediately. But after an hour it had arrived.

Ordered item on 17th Aug, and it was shipped from the US via DHL International and arrived on 1st September.

Great service thank you - this is not a scam ... expensive, yes, but if it is what you want, they proved reliable to me.

They advertise cheap products for huge prices. For example the eyeshadows that you can buy for 7 euro are 37 euro with a discount! Beware

As promised I received a refund for an item which when arrived was wrong. Customer services kept to their word , I have no complaints.

Fifth Avenue emailed me to say they checked into my order and it wasn’t for 2 X 10 packs. It was what I ordered online. $98 for 2 bars of cheap crappy soap? Who would order like this. Offered to give me a 10% refund or ship it back for full refund. Can’t return it because the order arrived and the package and contents were opened and damaged so I couldn’t trust it was safe to use so I threw it out. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Total scam!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

This retailer/supplier is a total scam, prices are extortionate and it represents itself as a UK based company, but it is not. I was looking to buy Nivea MicellAir Make up remover gel which is not available (out of stock) anywhere other than on this website. The product normal price is +- £3.99, on this website it is £35.00 before shipping! I did a bit of hunting around and managed to find it on an EU online supplier Fresh-store EU for €5.68 per bottle. I ordered 3 and despite a €15.99 shipping and customs charge, it still cost less than what Ninthavenue UK are selling it for. Another example is Charlotte Tilbury Matt Revolution lipstick, retails in the UK for £26, on Ninethavenue it is selling for £50-£68 before shipping charges! Please look elsewhere and keep hunting, there are definite cheaper and more reputable alternatives out there, just avoid this seller.

Trustpilot came back to me ages after I had submitted a true review of what I had experienced with this company, that is non-delivery, then refund and finally an email asking me to amend my 2 start review as they had refunded the money. That implied that they had done something they don't normally do and I lowered the review to 1 star. Now they say they can't trace the info. after all this time and Trustpilot have had to delete the review as I could not verify it having deleted the file containing all the exchanges with them. No matter, I have had my say, I have no wish to enter into any more correspondence with them and there are so may bad reviews for these people that isn't it about time Trustpilot did something about it?
