I have been waiting for a refund for over 6 months and they talk a lot of KAKAA !!!

Cancelled an order as it was going to take longer than expected for item to be delivered. Have been waiting since 10th December for a refund. Very disappointed with the service. Keep getting fobbed off in emails saying to expect 7-10 days for refund. It has been 6 weeks!! Not happy at all

this is a scam guys. Stay away from ninth avenue. I have lost 90£ quid from this, I am now going to report them to cyber authorities in Ireland.

They are really good quality.I felt like already Christmas when i received that package, the intense red in the packaging is beautiful, really easy to use and just stunningly beautiful to look at. I will order more of these on different colors.

The product I ordered was delivered quickly and feels very high quality. They had a wide range of options and I'm thrilled with what I picked out, a really great company!

It very easy to navigate. The categories are already specified for our needs. I specifically like the perfume section as I can check on the prices on high-end products such as Bvlgari and La vie est belle (one of my favorites). Hopefully, they will post a Black Friday sale this week so that I can purchase it.

Purchased Opalescence PF 35% Teeth Whitening for $150.95 aud on 1st August 2020 and have not received the goods, when I send emails to them querying the Order they just respond by saying that they are currently liaising with the relevant team and will update me within the next 48 - 72 hours - NEVER do they respond. 30th October I cancelled the Order and requested the full refund and still have not received it. Pathetic company and highly advise to purchase from someone that is reputable and has great reviews. This is an Indian based company with no direct lines.

Terrible service. Still waiting 3 months for my order. As soon as I mention refund they stop replying. It's a scam site.

NinthAvenue took me by surprise, I did not expect it to be as good as it was. Immediately as you get on the home page you see their layout is quite simplistic but not bland it still does have nice eye-catching colours. Normally when I do online shopping I am quite sceptical about the whole thing since I am not there to physically see it and test it out, however when I did get their product I was left fairly impressed. On the other hand, I will say that they need to bring out a wider range of products to choose from. Apart from that I really do recommend it.
