Ninth Avenue 

Foolishly, I paid £42.95 to Ninth Avenue for what looked like a good quality and nicely designed razor handle. What I received was completely different in design and appearance. It was also of the poorest possible quality. I’d be surprised if the production cost was more than £1 - £2. It belongs in the bin.

Scam alert! I bought a Glampalm in the EU website thinking it would be EU 220 voltage & at least there is a 14day return guarantee.

When it arrived it was 110v & the seal was broke , package was opened & box messed up. I tried to return but the email bounced back & contact page not functioning. There is no way to return the package & get a refund! Fly by night operation.

So I bought a converter to try to salvage the situation. Guess what??? The product worked for literally less than 30seconds before dying! What a loss!!!

Buyer beware. It's a scam. Everything on their sight is astronomically overpriced. Even their dollar store quality items are listed over 50$/item. Don't do it..

Absolute scam company!! Please stay away. Never do I go to the effort to leave a company a bad review, however, these scammers need to be named and shamed. They charged me £90 for two body creams and sent me sample sizes. Other companies charge £30 per cream for a full size product. They also took one month to be delivered. Ignored my emails. I don’t understand how people like this still manage to operate. Whoever runs this company is without a doubt the biggest scammer who will get their karma in life.

I read the reviews below- was worried this was a scam.

Ordered a Fancy Hairclip on 5th Feb.
They emailed to say- Order Confirmed and would advise when shipped.

I followed up today- they seemed to be authentic?- had a link to my Order details and a Link to 'Track Shipping'.
BUT I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE that my order had been CANCELLED and I wasnt advised. '-(

I checked my Credit card and GOOD NEWS- I had received a full refund. Refund came from UK bank.
Feedback: Seems authentic, but terrible communication.

Product ordered. No receipt or invoice received. I cancelled the order that same day. Email responses slow stating that my order did not occur, yet the funds transfer did and the subsequent refund did not. No goods received. I am trying to recover my funds through the bank. Scam

Wish I found this review site before I place my order. The description of product on their website is wrong. Their reply when taking your refund/complain is very ‘professional’. Standard script and give you rubbish option of what they so-called refund. And btw the shipment is very very late. Stay away from them and look at the previous comments below, and I paid attention of those who gave 4 or 5 stars (proved its a total scam)

This company shift goods to the UE, stealing your money because there is no way you can retrieve a parcel from customs. Loads of documents that you cannot get in order to get what you paid for. And they know it!

The worst customer service experience in the world!
these guys are scam, I ordered a product with them and never received it. tried to contact customer support, didn't get any help! I felt they were ignoring my emails in purpose. These guys need to be reported to the police and get their website shut down. A website for online shopping without customer support should never be allowed to operate. Its my fault, I should have read reviews about these guys before I ordered anything, looks like thousands of people had the same problem

Not bad!
I placed my order on 9th November and I received my order today (25th Nov) so not bad for a product shipped from overseas!

The website sends you a tracking number as soon as the order is fulfilled and there was no bad surprise with my order, it was as described on the website.
The shipping fee was very reasonable as well

The customer care never picks up your calls and also if you google their various headquarters around the world, it doesn't exist. Don't buy anything from this website or you'll never get your money back.

NINTH AVENUE , I HAVE PAID ON THE 09/09/2021 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS THAT I HAVE PAID ,THEY HAVE CHARGED A LOTS OF MONEY IN POSTAGE THAT WAS OVER CHARGED AND SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED THE GOODS IN A WEEK TIMES . WHEN YOU CONTACT THEY , THEY NEVER CAN GIVE YOU THE COURIER OR THE DELIVERY DATE . SCAM STAY AWAY AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THIS COMPANY . I WILL HAVE TO CLAIM THE MONEY FROM MY BANK AND THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY FROM THEY BANK . APPALLING , I AM GOING TO REPORT THAT COMPAGNY TO THE FRAUD POLICE DEPARTMENT .UNACCEPTABLE .

Their customer service doesn't work and I strongly doubt their legal existence... All feebdacks on their website look not genuine..... I was able to return my money only thanks to paypal policies... Avoid by all means!

I tried to buy a specialist product - stingless bee honey from an online site in uk - I went to process payment and confirmed cc transaction but immediately it came up “transaction failed” - however the money was taken from my credit card - by which time I already exited the site and gave up trying to buy the product anywhere else.
The Credit Card entry is to Headrush Ventures Pty Ltd. I have no receipt, no email no communication whatsoever from these people !! What to do - I am going to report/review everywhere I can !!

Never received item, no reply from seller. SCAM, stay away.

It's a scam. They will take you money and not deliver the product. I got scammed out of €55. Look at all the reviews. They are 5* or 1*. The 5 stat reviews are fake and paid for.
