I was recently looking for gifts for my girlfriend for Christmas and from searching for things to do with hair care and skin care I came across this site. It has tonnes of products that I knew she'd like and lots that I hadn't even thought of getting her before but that she'd like. The site was easy enough to use and ordered a few things which arrived quickly and were well packaged ensuring they didn't get damaged. Very happy with my experience using Headrush, glad I found the site and now got it in my favourites for future birthdays / events!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered goods from them on 8th May totaling over £40, they have never been dispatched or refunded despite many emails. They are complete scammers stay safe and do not spend money with them!!!!!

First thing that I loved the most would be customer experience. You know the after sale service? with information. I got Andis hair trimmer and it's been quite a while. It works great and I'm satisfied with the quality I paid for.

Would give no stars if could, why oh why have they got away with this for so long, with so call company scammers like this being able to get passed I would have thought stringent rules before being allowed to advertise to the public that they are a legitimate company, (outcome of my experience with them to follow as I have probably got a bit more of a battle to go with them! will post and reveal all at conclusion of my experience) but in mean time do not believe anything they tell you, and if your thinking about ordering anything just don’t, you will be greatly disappointed, and I would certainly not believe the 5star reviews, i for one will be heading out to high street shops again online shopping is becoming to risky

I ordered a Kiss Insta Wave on the 19th…
I ordered a Kiss Insta Wave on the 19th May thinking it was from a company located in Sydney. After a few days I received an email stating it had been dispatched. It never was delivered. I sent over a dozen emails advising that I never received my order that is when I realised the company was based in India. After more weeks and even more emails I was finally told that a refund was initiated on the 23rd July and I would receive in about 7-10 days. I have again emailed numerous times with no response and obviously no refund. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. It even has a Sydney number to duped you.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I ordered two products back in the beginning of May. No tracking information or anything. I mailed them several times and they sent fake tracking numbers and lied. I continuously have asked for a refund and they sent me to another person (supposedly) but this has all been a lie from the start so it’s hard to know what is actually going on. They have lied since the beginning and are saying the product was delivered. I have checked with the Post office and no such tracking number exists. It is now August and they are not even responding anymore when I write to get a refund. I am wanting to report them for fraud and have their website taken down and I am trying to figure out how to do this. I will be contacting my bank as well so they can put this into fraud on my card. Extremely disappointing and I have no idea how a “so called” company is allowed to advertise online all over the U.K. and take advantage of people. It is a disgrace.

I was somehow worried for purchasing from this site due to their inability to communicate to me as a customer unless I try making inquiries. But they were so much sincere enough to refund your money back to you if they promise to do so; thanks so much for being truthful for a refund.

SCAM COMPANY, ordered a product from them, the money was taken from my account but i received no email conformation or reciept, i waited two weeks and still nothing.
I emailed them and used the contact form on their website A number of times and Had no reply, i had to call my bank and ask for them to dispute the transaction and refund me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Paid above and beyond for an item that I really needed. it didn't ship, customer service do not reply to emails and they also do not take phone calls. AVOID

Over 2 months now waiting for a item, I've contacted them by email muntiple three times, the last two I've requested a refund. I continue to receive the same generic response stating my item is in transit but then I check the tracking number, USPS have yet to receive the item from the supplier.

They are the worst. Thought I was shopping in Australia. I wasn’t. Thought I was paying more for a good quality product. I wasn’t. When the product finally arrived it had an American plug. Useless in Australia. Terrible customer service and a sham of a company when you want to return a product for a refund. Legit looking website, Crooked company behind it.

Website looks legit. But 100% scam.. DO NOT order from this site at all.. they were responsive with emails but they are generic.. I emailed uk Ninth Avenue Regarding the bad reviews & they just cancelled my order, but got a full refund in a few days..
If you have ordered from them. I suggest scare them with fraud teams, citizens advice and bank teams in a email to receive a full refund..

Just a fresh reminder to everyone... save yourself the distress of ordering from Ninth Avenue / Headrush / Homeloft UK etc. You will not receive your order and will have to fight to get your money back. The 5 star reviews on here look as if they’ve been paid for... “I burst out of happiness” OH PLEASE!!!

ONE STAR IS TRIPPLE FOR WHAT THEY CAN ACTUALLY GET!!! THE EXPERIENCE IS HORRIBLE!!

Ordered one box of 50 3-layers surgical mask and 2 boxes of 3M N95 facial masks from them in January 2020, wait for more than a month to receive a parcel but GUESS WHAT!!! Received only a pack of FAKE 2-layers masks put in a broken package and got no trace at all of that 2 boxes of 3M N95 facial masks!!! Cost of AUD$351.55 and received a total fake one!?!? This company earns from people that spend money to protect their loved ones from death!!!

Well, of course NO ONE will pick up the calls at service centre so don't bother to call them. Tried emailed them so many times and finally received an email from them claiming the refund has been processed and they will IGNORED all the emails since then. After waiting for another 2 months, you will realise the truth that you will NEVER receive any refund from this company!!!

THEY EVEN CANCELED MY ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE SO I CANNOT TRACE BACK MY PREVIOUS ORDER!!

IF YOU CAN SEE THIS, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AT ALL TO SAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR ENERGY AND YOUR LIFE!!! THEY DO NOT SELL REAL!!

i bought items for 469£ . and since i read such owfull reviews i decided to cancel my order and try my luck to get my money back as reviews was saying its a scam... BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? Customer service is amazing and responded to me quickly, canceled my order and after a week i got my money back!
so guys not sure what to say! my experience is 5 Stars.

Please no one order off this company waited over a month for my order no one gets back to me by email or phone calls I can’t believe I have to give them one star that way to much scammers

3 months later I have not received my order valued at over 400 dollars, with no response to email or phone contact. Package tracing began but then froze and says my order is in transit but I have no idea where. Pathetic- do not use!

Wtffff?????? They selling products that are everywhere 12£ for 120£ ! Are they even real website. That’s so not normal
