SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!

I ordered and paid 22//1/2020 and STILL NO Product NOR REFUND after emailing numerous times! They send condescending replies saying 'refund is being processed' which is BS! 3 months and NO product OR REFUND.....THIEVES !!!

Placed an order online, paid and a week later the order is still reflecting as being processed. Money was taken from bank account and can not get any response from Ninth Avenue either by phone or email . . . .

Company that cannot be contacted and supplied a different product than what is descrined. If something goes wrong you cannot contact them!

bad website selling poor quality facemasks with misleading and ambiguous description on product quantity and price.
shipment takes terribly long and response to enquiry was generic and skimpy.
Luckily my credit card company stopped the payment.

An absolute sham of a company, avoid like the plague!
I finally got my money back from PayPal after a month when they decided the company was at fault. My only consolation is that the company has had to pay postage both ways. I call them "the company" because they hide under so many different names, all payments go back to Headrush though.

I bought two boxes of face masks from Ninth avenue in January but received nothing. Try to contact the company through the contact form in the website. It returned to me occasionally but it did not help to get the products or refund at all. I tried to contact paypal for a refund but heard nothing about it yet. I filed credit card transaction dispute through my bank and it does help me to get back the money. There is a time limit for a dispute complaint, for example visa card only receives complaint within 75 days after the transaction. So don't waste your time on requesting refund from that company. GO DIRECTLY to file a dispute complaint.

I ordered a case of 500 masks in late/ end Jan. Expected delivery date is mid Feb. never got any confirmation re the shipment. tried to call/ email/ send enquiries via their website multiple times without feedback. I later asked for a request. Finally got a reply that my email is forwarded to the concerned team. The next thing I received is a confirmation email that my order has been shipped, with no one getting back to me about my refund request. I got the shipment in early/ mid March. But only 50 masks arrived instead of 500, wrapped with plastic bag instead of a box, you don’t even know where the masks come from. I requested for a refund a week ago, again, no one replied. It’s been a pain for almost 2 months now and I don’t even know if I’m able to get my money back. Trust me, you can get much better quality of products & service at somewhere else with the same amount of money you spend.

I have ordered an item on homeloft.uk, which is under this company, around the end of Jan and they said it would be arrive within 2 weeks. I have been waiting for that about a month and a half now. I emailed the them and they would only reply “You item will be arrive within next 7 to 14 days” or something like. When I asked them to provide a tracking number for the item, they didn’t send me but trying to shift the focus. I am now requesting a refund but don’t think they would do so. Definitely a scam.

These people are scammers. Paid by paypal no acknowledgement no goods, do NOT use them.
Also Paypal would not help getting money back

This website is a SCAM, please please do not use them, I was scammed by them and now trying to get my money back. Emailed them many time and no reply. A total nightmare!

Horrendous. I placed an order on 14/12/19 via "Toys Central", but it's the same people / company.

I've been chasing delivery ever since but have been fobbed off with standard replies.

I've now asked for a refund and they just ignore me. There's no way to contact on the telephone. I've raised a claim with PayPal, although don't hold high hope's with that either having read these reviews.

Do NOT go anywhere near any company with 'headrush' in the email address!

This company is a scam, don't buy from them. I ordered something and it was never been dispatched.

I asked for refund and they stopped responding.

I am going through PayPal resolution centre at the moment. Hopefully I can get my money back

You should NEVER buy from this company (ninthavenue.com). I ordered my product a month ago and still have not received it. The order status is always "your order is being processed". My email requesting for refund has never been replied. It is the worse online purchase experience I have ever had!

This is a FAKE seller, I never receive my order, it's been 3 months now since I paid for it... report to the PAYPAL already, still not get my money back yet!!!

0 is too good, I could give them minus star, it is the most awful experience I have erver had. Waiting for one month, they have not even dispatched my order, I just want to cancel, but cannot reach them. It is absoluty scam. When I tried to resolve through paypal, they just gave Paypal update in last due date, so the resolution date was postponed again and again! It is purely scam!!!!

Ninthavenue company is bad and fake company no body should patronize this nonsense company they are thief. I ordered jergens skin firming toning moisturizer from this company 28th of January 2020 they brought wrong product for me instead they brought jergens skin firming oil infused which have not use before. What I ordered from them was £90 while the wrong product they delivered to me was £63 have called them many times it entered voice mail and I sent an email to them no reply

I’ve order 3 cases (10 boxes of 50 in each case) of masks and only 50 masks arrived after a month. And they were opened, in a plastic bag not in a box. Nothing like what it described on the website, very very bad quality. I was so mad.

I ordered my produt on 29/01/2020, and it is still not deliverd. Everytime I call the "local number it goes to answering machine". I continue to chase via email and get the stock standrad reply. There is no customer service and no follow up, just generic garbage replies. There are much better providers to use, stay away!

Shocking, been almost a month since I ordered my products and I still haven’t seen it, despite it being in stock on their website. This is fraud.

It took more than a month to dispatch my stuff without any notice! Customer service never answers their phone calls!
