100% 1st class job by Tom & Florin
Tom & Florin have spent the week digging out the foundations, concreting, and building the walls for our new conservatory. The weather has been in the 30’s and they have worked solidly in our south facing garden which was boiling but remained cheerful and continued to work a very long day grafting. They are very professional, polite, helpful, hardworking - the brick work is of the highest quality . Every day they cleaned up and left the garden immaculate. Finished in 5 days and we are so thrilled the finished job.

A Job well done
From the initial visit to the finished installation, the customer service received has been outstanding, James and Connor did the installation of our windows and at all times taking care not to disturb or damage any of the interior or exterior decor. When they finished we were given the walk through making sure we were happy with the installation. We have had a couple of follow ups calls to further ensure that we were happy. It’s also a pace of mind that there is a 20 year guarantee. Will we consider more work and products in time to come, Yes I believe we will. 👍

Booked in to quote for a new conservatory. They called before the appointment to confirm my partner would be present as well. I replied no she wasn't available. They said it was "company policy" for both us to be present so they cancelled the appointment.
Big red flag for using this company if that is their attitude !

I hope this message finds you well.
Following your visit to our property at 10 Lamb Close, Andover, on 19th May 2025, we discussed in detail the works required to replace and fix several windows and doors. During that visit, you were confident in confirming that your business could also undertake the associated building works—including the construction of a ramp, brickwork beneath the windows, and replacement of guttering and soffits.
We were reassured by your professionalism and the confidence with which you spoke, particularly as we had previously been let down by other builders. You stated you would contact your office to arrange for your builder to carry out a site visit to move the project forward.
However, instead of hearing from your builder, we received a phone call from someone in your office who was under the impression that we were enquiring about a conservatory—a topic which was never discussed during your visit. I explained to that individual that no conservatory had ever been mentioned, and that you had said a site visit from your builder would be arranged to assess the scope of works we had agreed upon. At that point, I was informed that your business does not undertake building work at all.
Following this confusing exchange, I called you directly at 9:08 AM that same day to clarify the situation. You said you would look into it and get back to me. It has now been two weeks since that phone call, and we have heard nothing further from you or anyone at your company.
As potential customers, we find it extremely disappointing to be left chasing for answers, particularly after being reassured of your reliability. A simple follow-up would have been appreciated.
We would still like to know whether you are in a position to carry out the works discussed, or whether we should seek alternative contractors.
We look forward to your response.

We often have team members, like Jeremy, hand out leaflets and speak with customers when we’re working on installations in the area to offer support and advice.
However, I must apologise if you felt misled during Jeremy’s visit to 10 Lamb Close, Andover, on 19th May 2025. Jeremy is not trained to provide detailed assessments of building work, such as constructing ramps, brickwork, guttering, or soffits, and this would not have been his intention. Our expertise lies in windows, doors, and related installations, not general building services, and I regret any confusion caused by this misunderstanding. We strive to be transparent, and I’m sorry if this wasn’t clear during your initial discussion.
Regarding the follow-up, I apologise for the lack of communication after your call on 19th May at 9:08 AM. We intended to investigate and respond, but it seems this was overlooked, which is not reflective of our usual practice. The mention of a conservatory by our office was an error, likely due to a miscommunication, and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused.
We’d be happy to clarify our capabilities. TWC specialises in high-quality window and door installations, including our exclusive Envisage and Forte ranges, but we do not undertake broader building work. 2 door review by James K and Rob L the fitters
Hi, to be transparent the 2 fitters namely James K and Rob L arrived to carryout some revision work on 2 doors that were fitted approximately a month ago that was installed a different fitter. The doors developed a few concerns that required rectification. Rob K and James L completely and meticulously refitted both doors. An absolute transformation, sorted out all the issues, cleared up unsightly sealant, looks great, recommend these guys for your door fitting if you are getting one done, very respectful and polite, very pleased with thier work, basically a transformation, many thanks for your work best regards CB.

TWC replaced my front door in April but I delayed my review until I'd lived with the door for a while to note any downsides, if any.
I arranged for a survey and Steve arrived to discuss my requirements and show and explain my options. There was no rush or any pressure on me to sign up for anything. I opted for a composite front door. A date and time was arranged to fit the new door. Valdi and Connor arrived spot on time. A big shout out to both of them as they just cracked on having confirmed all my requirements. I cannot fault the work that was carried out. I was amazed at the finish as I had expected to have to do some touching up inside and/or the outside. Everything was left in an excellent condition, all I had to do was shut the front door. I would have no hesitation in recommending TWC. Quality materials were used, workmanship was of a very high standard and unusually from my experience admin was reliable and trustworthy.
