Everyone whom I have connected with at TWC have been great, from the initial Sales guy, to the agent, the Customer Service support & the Guys themselves coming in to do the windows (Arlo & Luke)
They have all been very professional, helpful and friendly.
I recently had to call someone out as one of the windows was sticking when trying to open. I had an appointment booked within the next few days & it was fixed.
I went for finance to pay for the windows, this was clearly explained by Jeremy.
Would definitely recommend TWC!

I’ve just spoken to Adam and confirmed that TWC have now replaced our kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom windows, our front door and side panel AND our patio doors. That should tell you how much faith and confidence we have in TWC. They are a company that we fully support and recommend.

Window quality is good, quick and easy quote and order, the windows were made sooner than expected.
The installers were polite and professional, we did have some scratches on the floor left following the works, and their hoover was broken so we used our own, and they could have had additional Dust sheets for the works to be done, but overall the installers were good, they communicated well and were a good team
Fitting took the time they expected, overall they are a good company and had good correspondence

Poor after sales support
My orangery roof lantern seals have failed and leak heavily when it rains. The orangery was installed in 2022 by the previous property owners with a supposed 10 year guarantee. According to TWC, this so-called ‘guarantee’ is apparently not transferable to me as the new owner, even though the installation has failed in less than three years. You might think that a reputable company would want to stand by the quality of their products and installation but apparently not in this case. I’ve rung several times in recent weeks and emailed via the website and never received the promised call back, much less a resolution of the issue. I’ve asked for a copy of the original contract showing any exclusions, again, nothing. TWC did originally agree back in April 2025 to come and take a look with no promise of resolution but sadly I had to cancel that appointment due to dealing with a cancer diagnosis, of which the company are aware. Since then, all of my enquiries have been totally ignored.

In response to TWC’s reply: I wouldn’t know what is or is not in the terms and conditions as, despite asking to see a copy of them on numerous occasions, my request has been completely ignored.
It’s my understanding that many reputable companies will honour their guarantees irrespective of a change in property ownership.

Considerate, conscientious, very hard workers. John and Simon did a brilliant job. They were unobtrusive and got on in a timely manner. Everything cleaned up and left tidy when they had finished. Pleased with the workmanship of the product which was replacement conservatory roof. There had been an error in measuring one piece of the product pre delivery. This was being rectified by the company and the refixing date agreed. Again Simon and John (couple of days earlier than originally expected!) called in to fix it. No problem. Done and dusted in their tidy and polite way.

Good job TWC
If I were allowed to give 4.5 or the current average of 4.7, a 5 would not be given, as no construction could be perfect. What I appreciate most is the plumber who changed the waterpipe from the inside of my house, which is beyond my expectation. Other workers had also done a good job, particularly the builders of the fundation who had to work hard under the sun for a few hot days. By the way, TWC is not a cheap option, but it delivered what I want. Finally, some suggestions for improvement. It would be better for the company to advise or guide customers on how to do the flooring, which normally takes a month after the completion of work to wait the drying of concrete screed.

Harassment from salesman
Visited by one of their salesmen. Initially tried to sell me front door and window but I said they weren't needed. Then switched to my bay window and said if my partner was home later they'd come and measure. I was mid working from home so in my haste to get back to work I accidentally gave the wrong phone number. The salesman then returned twenty minutes later constantly ringing my doorbell, banging on my door etc. I was in the middle of meeting. He then proceeded to open my front and bang on my inside door, before leaving and leaving my front door wide open! I have the footage on my ring doorbell showing him entering the house. I managed to go and close the door after my meeting only for him to reappear and demand my number.
I was then called by the office and mentioned this behaviour and they didn't care because I also stated we weren't interested in any products. I'm considering going to the police as this was harassment and trespass, and made me feel unsafe in my own home. I am incredibly disappointed in the behaviour of this company in their pursuit for sales.
