Incredible customer service
I honestly couldn't rate a company more and Antony who I dealt with was so helpful! I messaged on the chat as I was gifted the gro egg which has been really useful and the cable was damaged so wanted more info on the cable to replace it myself but he was so amazing that he asked a few questions and has sent out a replacement.. incredible customer service !

Beverley was a huge help to me after my initial product turned faulty, she arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Upon arrival, the delivery person took a picture of the box as it was extremely damaged/bashed. Unfortunately the item inside is damaged and we have the same issue again. Beverley as arranged for another item to be sent out and added some extras as a goodwill gesture - fantastic customer service which will definitely make me return and buy again. Thank you!

Helpful, quick response, easy
Ordering was easy and went amazing and the dispatch was quick and was kept updated throughout. Through no fault of Tommee Tippees i had an issue with delivery but spoke to Antony at their customer care and he resolved the issues ASAP for me - responses was almost instant, he was honest, helpful and overall lovely. Some of the best customer service i have received in a while - would recommend.
