We have a number of products from Tommee Tippee which we are delighted with for our newborn:

-The dream maker, which gives a soft red night light so I can see in the night / sleep comfortably and adjustable white noise volume
-the black out window sheet, does exactly what it says on the tin
-natural start bottles and dummy set which works flawlessly with the prefect prep machine
-Nappy bin and refills, couldn’t be without this item as it makes managing / disposal so easy

Would highly recommend!

Only AI available to help. Why can’t I speak to a real person? All it did was forward my issue to a real person. What a waste of water.

I bought a Tommee Tippee prepgo from Smyths toys last week and after the first use it seemed to be faulty. I spoke to the AI assistant on the website who passed me over to Nick. Nick was incredibly helpful after listening to my issue and seeing a video of the fault, he immediately resolved this by sending me a new prepgo to replace the faulty one. Very professional and very helpful thank you! :)

I had an issue with the quick dry sterilizer, it was extremely stressful as I just had a baby and needed a steriliser. I spoke to Debbie, Debbie was extremely understanding and made sure it was all sorted. She managed to resolve the situation and get me a full refund.

I had few products from tome tippe , like prep go bottle and formula prep machine and many more , my travel set was not working and I talk with susie , she helped with me to exchange that one . I like it , and real handy . Thanks suise .

I got in touch with tommee tippee regarding my prepgo flask not working. This was brand new but leaks everytime I try to use it. Debbie was most helpful and as a goodwill gesture has sent me a new flask out. Really grateful thank you 😊

All my worries about an order were promptly investigated wonderful customer service Beverley was an absolute Diamond 💎 and this issue was sorted within a couple of hours max couldn’t of asked for better support and reassurance from the woman Beverly I was greeted with on the other-side of the phone to help with my concerns and reassure me throughout the way overall experience was brilliant help provided was next to none with every bit of validation I needed 😊

I contacted tommee tippee to ask if they had a dummy for older children with autism as my 3 year old relies on her tommee tippee dummy, but chews through them. Unfortunatley they don't have anything like this at the moment (hopefully soon?) But the person I spoke to offered to send me out a pack for free to help with the cost, as I am constantly having to buy new dummies for her. Totally unexpected. Thank you so much!

I went online searching for a new flange for my electric pump and couldn't find it online anywhere, I contacted customer service and got Elliot!! They were very helpful, with a sizing guide and quick responses! I was sorted in no time. Very happy with the outcome and service!! This is exactly what you want when you feel stressed and exhausted after a new baby.

I ordered the perfect prep bundle and didn't receive any shipping info. After 5 days I decided to reach out to their customer services team who told me that one of the items was out of stock so they had to re-order it with a different item. Great, but why did I have to reach out to you after 5 days? They re-order no issues. Another 3 days pass and I still haven't received any shipping info, so I reach out to customer services again. They informed me they only do standard shipping and I'll have to wait another 3-5 days. So it'll be 3 weeks after my order that I receive the products. I wouldn't be so annoyed if they'd be forthcoming but I've had to chase at every step, and considering it was their mistake you think they'd send straight away as an apology. The stock response of "we only do standard shipping" isn't good enough really, you can always do more to keep a customer happy especially when it's your mistake. So if you need something straight away, probably better getting it from elsewhere. and if you don't be prepared to have to chase up your order, and then wait some for it to be delivered.
