Old Instruction manual
We had been given an old model of the Perfect Prep machine. Unfortunately there were no instructions. I contacted Tommee Tippee and spoke with Thomas to see if he could provide an instruction manual. He was very helpful and managed to find the correct instructions. Within 2 minutes we received the relevant instructions by e-mail.
I was really impressed with this service and the helpfulness of Thomas. Thank you.

Swift Customer Service Resolution for Worn Part
I have the LetsGo Portable Bottle Warmer which has been great, however when cleaning it late on Friday night I noticed the rubber gasket had split, meaning that milk was leaking.
I reached out to Customer Service via the chat and after being routed via the AI assistant, ended up speaking to Nicholas who was able to order the spare part for me (and a spare, spare!) which arrived the following Tuesday.
Overall great customer service and speedy resolution to my issue.

I had a issue with my on the go prep…
I had a issue with my on the go prep machine. I messaged the team and spoke with Isabel and Honorine. Both within minutes have helped me with the issue.
Overall they were lovely to speak to and fixed the issue really quickly.
They was also so patience with my replies as I had my 4 month old to sort between messages.
