Well, I am a sucker for a bargain on beautiful clothing that fits, but was new to Todd Snyder. So I took a chance on these white, wide-whale Italian corduroy pants that were a final sale. Being 6‘5“/1... See more

They don't stand behind their products
Ordered a number of items. If you've ever shopped at Todd Snyder, you know things aren't inexpensive.
I wore a specific pair of $150 sweatpants (Utility Cargo Sweatpant) about 10 times before I noticed the seams were coming apart at the crotch.
I emailed customer service and they informed me that since it was more than 30 days then I was out of luck. So I spend $150 on sweats and should only expect to wear them for 30 days?
I followed up with them twice and have been ghosted. No response. Nada.
They've lost me as a customer forever. Ciao.
the returns policy stinks
the returns policy stinks. They won't let you exchange merch that is falling apart (shoes that I have worn half a dozen times). They are telling me I can return the shoes for a credit that is actually less than I paid for the shoes. Awful service. Beware.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. Bought sweatpants that feel like sandpaper. Crazy someone would even make these and seek them as sweatpants for $90. Then on top of it I tried to return them only to be presented with a message that the item is not returnable. Feeling pretty stupid for not doing my homework. Definitely a scam.
Not worth it; don't believe positive reviews.
Men's clothing looks nice in the pictures for sure. Quality and fit is a dice roll. I wish I had read these reviews first. Spent $100 on a sweat shirt that was boxier than I expected based on the images. Fine, but after two washes the length has definitely shortened despite following instructions as I do with all my clothing. Don't believe the positive reviews here that just tell you how great TS is; read the reviews that provide detail around poor customer service and low quality, well-marketed clothing. There are more and more of these companies with truly beautiful product photography and marketing, high dollar prices to convince you it's worth it ... that are just turning out to be garbage over time.
Poor return policy, buyer beware.
Bought a pair of camo sweatpants in the dark grey because I loved the light grey but the pair I got was stiff/hard not soft, thought washing them would help but it didn't and then I'm told washing them means I can't return them, so I'm out $100 because of their crappy quality control and worse customer care.
DENIED A REFUND
Ordered 2 shirts both snug so I returned. TS will not refund for one of the shirts. I never saw no return allowed. In addition, the quality of one shirt was CHEAP! Very shabby material that may make 3 washings.
I only have positive things to say…
I only have positive things to say about this company from my experience. I ordered 2 pairs of LL Bean Boots from here size 9 &10 because I know they ran big and wasn’t sure of my size. I received my orders within days & then I returned my size 10 boots and received my refund within a week tops. Great experience! Thanks

$228 for an “Italian merino” waffled sweatshirt only to see a “made in China” tag inside. Duped.
Don’t even waste your money and time

they delivered my package to the wrong person and said I am responsible! This package cost 1.8k
Ineffectual customer service
TLDR: As a customer, I felt like appropriate care and clarification sere not provided for my concerns. In the future, I plan to deliberately look for alternatives(Bonobos? Mango?) with customer service that can more adequately listen to my needs.
I had multiple Todd Snyder website tabs open, and while checking out my bag on an initial tab the payment didn’t go through so I checked out again on a different tab. I mistakenly ended up having two orders of the same items. I immediately emailed Todd Snyder customer service asking to cancel the duplicate order. My expectation was that this would not be a big deal, because I had asked them so soon after ordering and the second order was clearly a duplicate. I was wrong. Todd Snyder does not accept cancelations of any kind. Okay, fine, this is written on their website.
What aggravated me was that all the customer service said was that they would assist me with a free return, and didn’t bother clarifying what they meant after I pointed out that the clothing items I had bought were not eligible for a return according to the same policies that had made them ineligible for cancellation. It felt like the customer service hadn’t actually read through my emails, they’d just sent an automated reply.
Think twice before purchasing anything from Todd Snyder
Well, I bought a watch from Todd Snyder because it looked great, I had it shipped across the world to me, and when I received it, I found that the watch buckle didn't reach the bar, meaning the strap would fall off, not what you want your watch to do.
I contacted them, only to be told it's not their problem and to contact the watch manufacturer, not them, even though it has their name on it and I bought it directly from them.
I have tried to contact the watch manufacturer only to be ignored.
Poor quality over priced
Finally gave in to all the emails and bought a waffle long sleeve shirt for $180. It is suppose to be a heavier shirt for fall. It arrived in a timely fashion but was very disappointed with how thin the fabric was. Like a $20 t shirt. Won’t buy again.
Ordered online with rush shippin
Ordered online with rush shipping. Called the next day to make sure it will be shipped in 3 days and they confirmed. Three days later no email or no order dispatched message. Called again on the 4th day to be told that the watch was out of stock and it was a technical error that my order was placed. Should have checked the reviews before buying.
Todd Synder’s is extremely inefficient
Todd Synder’s is extremely inefficient, as if they only hire brainless personnel. So nonsensical!!!!! Will never buy from them anymore …. Stupid !!!!
Online Order Cancelled without Notice
I ordered online a polo sweater that had finally come back in stock. I had been searching for months just for that particular one. I was thrilled to find it in stock (supposedly) and in my size. I ordered, paid, and received a confirmation email. Then, ten days later, I called to check on my order and was told it had sold out. Only then did I find out, and only then was I given a refund—no emails, cancellation notice, nothing. They were going to keep my money if I had not called. I emailed and expressed my disappointment. They said the item had been “oversold”—sorry! No offer of an alternative, no discount coupon, nothing. VERY disappointed at how unprofessionally this was handled.
I wish I had read the reviews before I…
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered two pairs of linen pants from them. One pair arrived missing the button at the top of the fly. When i emailed them asking them to send me a button, they emailed back that it was their "policy" to require a picture. For a button? Very customer-unfriendly.
Stay away. Uni qlo has better quality at better prices
I bought a mauve linen shirt in 2019 which I wore only 3X. The last time I wore it, I noticed it was coming apart at the seams (literally). I sent Todd Snyder an email and i was first offered an exchange which i was willing to accept. Then i was told they no longer made that particular shirt, so I was offered a refund. Now I am being told their system cannot issue a refund because it does allow refunds to be issued for an item that far back in time. They issued me a gift card. Why would I spend good money on overpriced, made in China, inferior quality crap!!!!????
I was excited to see the collaboration…
I was excited to see the collaboration with TS and Footjoy and loved the golf shoes they created. I sat at my PC waiting for 10a to come on May the 19th so I could purchase a pair.
I did just that. Purchased immediately and was so excited to receive.
I did not receive any tracking information so I followed up and received a response informing me my new spikes would arrive on the 25th. Still really excited.
Just today (7 days later) I followed up yet again as I did not receive my spikes. I was then informed I will not be receiving because they are "out of stock". How does that happen and what an incredibly horrible customer experience.
How do you purchase the morning (at 10a) they launch to find out 7 days later (because of me reaching out NOT THEM) that you are no longer getting your item.
They graciously offered me a coupon code and I immediately turned it down. Why would I want to buy something from this organization with how my experience was. JUST AWFUL!
Quality, warmth, comfort—why all the negs here?
My only quibble is the delivery time was a bit lengthy and their distribution centre being shut down was not really communicated but really...entirely first world 'problem'. My sweatshirt arrived, phenomenal, I poked around online for 'best sweatshirt' (cold Canadian winters) and it's perfect—super soft, super warm. Just scored a TS Henley, fantastic. IMO quality so far is excellent. Happy here.
